I was thinking of Hugo Weaving in his performance as Elrond, but another sillier potential way it could go is like Kevin McDonald from kids in the hall. (youtube example) Also, women and nonbinary people can audition, I am not strictly thinking a male voice would be the best fit. maybe a Christine Baranski type voice would be the best for this role. (also I have a tendency to overwrite for my characters and I trim lines out in the audio editing process when it's clear that the point is getting across with fewer lines. this is for a 1/2 hour radio drama in the series "future macabre radio" there are several of these aliens. so I have room to cast several actors.

Captain Raj is a brash young officer, some would say cocky or over confident. think Captain Kirk, or Zap Brannigan, but this character, and her Spock or Data like first officer, are both played by women in this fan fic
