SMITE: Revelry of the Gods (working title)
Project Overview
(I didn't get any auditions for the female role, so I'm just calling off the project for the time being.)
Hello, I'm making a gag show about a MOBA called SMITE using sound bites of dialogue from the game files. SMITE is a mythology themed MOBA featuring mythological gods, immortals, and monsters as the champions. The premise of the show is fictionalized players interacting with those characters in out-of-game scenarios such as a dating service, Taco Bell, a car dealership, and others.
Lots of episodes are mainly going to be silly skits parodying the characters' personality traits, but there will be a recurring character that will appear in multiple episodes over the course of the series as multiple weird interactions with gods change his life and eventually turns into heroic hijinks in a world full of weirdo immortals. This character, called "Arthur" is in the first episode.

Arthur is a pretty regular guy. He's smart and serious, takes most things in stride and is generally a good person. He sounds like an average college student nearing graduation, but there should be something in his voice that hints that he may have had a harder than normal life and made it through it the better for it.
(meeting a 'celebrity' but keeping cool) "Oh hey, I'm actually a pretty big fan of your work."
(confused at hearing something unexpected) "Wait... what? Why would I want to do that?"
(heroically standing against a foe) "I won't let you have your way! You won't pass for as long as I'm still standing here!"
Just various other folks that will be in episodes as the person interacting with the immortal of the episode they care cast for. I will also accept improv in this slot and the deadline on this one is very loose.
(fast food clerk) Sir, I'm going to have to ask you to wait your turn.
(Police officer) Mr. Mercury, do you realize you were doing 120 in a 30 mph zone?
(impatient customer) Hey, the sign said no shoes, no shirt, no service. How does a ribbon count as either of those?
A woman that is actually an immortal that isn't in the game, but plays a major role in Arthur's overall story arch. As she is a fairy from European mythology an Welsh or Irish accent would be nice, but should not be comically prominent and isn't remotely required. She is actually always super-serious to a fault, and doesn't seem to notice how bizarre the other immortals are. She should sound on the lower end of middle age, and sophisticated like a lady.
You have no idea how important you truly are Arthur.
Take up your blade as if it were your destiny, fit for none other to carry.
Oh... I suppose I will have this "number one combo meal" then.
