He really does. I don't know what's with the page, but yes, the role of the Joker has also been casted to tsfusion, who got casted for Lucariio as well.
Smash World (SSBU Machinima) Casting Call #3
Project Overview
This casting call will cover the characters I need for the fifth and sixth episodes of my Smash Machinima 'Smash World'.
Requirements for auditioning:
- Have to be at least 13 years old to audition
- Have a microphone with decent quality
- Have a Discord account
- Be active and send in lines two weeks from the casting results. If you need more time, let me know

Capable of reaching Mach 1 on foot, Sonic the Hedgehog is dubbed by many as the “fastest thing alive”. He is often cocky, impulsive, and overall cheeky, but he has a strong sense of justice and always helps anybody he finds in need. The teenaged hedgehog first entered the hero scene when his current arch-nemesis, Dr. Ivo “Eggman” Robotnik, kidnapped all the animals on South Island and used them to power his robots for advancing world domination. He has since found himself in all sorts of adventures, with new friends and enemies alike.
Sonic became such a big deal since he first entered the World of Brawl, becoming a member of the Iconic Triangle alongside Snake and Mario. But he's not a fan of titles, except for being the "fastest thing alive", so he doesn't let it get too much in his head. He's still considered one of Smash World's greatest heroes, after helping out during events at Brawl, and ever since then, he's tried to help to maintain peace in Smash World, along with the help of the rest of the Iconic Hexagon.
For his voice, I'm looking for someone who can pull off a really good impression of Roger Craig Smith. Use this link for reference:

“The Aura is with me!” Lucario is a Fighting and Steel dual type Pokémon introduced in Pokémon Diamond, Pearl, & Platinum. It has the ability to sense the Auras of all things and it understands human speech. Over the course of the battle, the damage of its attacks increases with the amount of damage it has taken. It evolved from the Baby Pokémon Riolu, and it can Mega Evolve into Mega Lucario for its Final Smash. Time to release MAX AURA!!
Having arrived at the World of Brawl, the prime Lucario was kinda unique. Even though Mewtwo could speak to other Smashers telepathically, Lucario became the first Pokémon Smasher to speak proper English, able to speak to humans, Pokémon, and other creatures. Not long after his appearance, he got a lot of comparisons to Mewtwo, in both powers and appearance. He quickly turns this down since unlike Mewtwo, he's not psychic, but uses the power of "Aura", or life force of every living being. But ever since the 4th world, whenever these two Pokémon face each other...be careful.

Rosalina is a powerful princess that is tasked with the job of watching over and protecting the cosmos. She lives in the Comet Observatory, caring for her adopted children, the Lumas, star-like creatures with the ability to transform into planets and even galaxies! Once every one hundred years, she flies her observatory over the Mushroom Kingdom, an occasion which is cause for a big celebration down there.
Rosalina showed up at the 4th incarnation of Smash World, alongside one of her Lumas, who took quite a liking to Kirby after first arriving. She was surprised at first that she had become a Smasher, but got used to it pretty quickly, and even enjoyed it more since Peach was with her as well, who got her acquainted with this new place. Like Olimar and Alph, she loses a Luma whenever it gets defeated, and gets immediately replaced by a new one, and this saddens her, since she considers the Luma her children, and they consider her their mother. Nevertheless, wherever Rosalina goes, the Lumas will follow.
For Rosalina's voice, I want someone to sound close enough to Kerri Kane's take on her. An echo voice effect is optional for this role. Use this link for reference:

The ace pilot of the Star Fox team, the hot-tempered Falco Lombardi was the leader of his own galactic gang before Fox asked him to join Star Fox. He’s cocky and arrogant, likes to do things his way and is too proud to accept help. Despite not being the best team player and even having left Star Fox at one point, Falco is loyal to his friends, and his skills as a pilot are absolutely invaluable in the fight against Andross.
Just like Fox, Falco has been reborn a second time, having no recollections of his previous lives at Smash World. Being cocky has allowed him to stay on track with the progress on Smash World, and having Fox as a partner and friend, he's more than eager to see more of this world.

The leader of the Phantom Thieves of Hearts, he goes by Joker whenever he has to enter the Metaverse and fight Shadows in order to change hearts and reform society. He appears quiet and well-mannered, but this behavior is a profound ruse that hides the heart of a rebellious trickster. He’s a Wild Card, being able to hold many different Personas at once and switch between them in battle, but his most well-known Persona is Arsene, which he also uses in Smash to power up his attacks. If you have twisted desires, better bet that Joker’s here to take your heart!
Ren Amamiya, or simply known as the Joker, made his debut into Smash World at Ultimate as the second "Guest" fighter. Upon arriving, he noticed that Smash World was very different from the world he knew, even more than the Metaverse. Mario noticed right away that he was from another universe, in fact, he was from the same as Sonic and Bayonetta's. So since then, he's become a member of the "Sega Stars". The Joker found himself with Morgana as company, even though he wasn't a Smasher like him, but he was fine with this, since he prefers helping him out whenever he can. The Joker focuses on stopping Smash World from succumbing to evil, facing the Rivals a few times, and even those known as the Shadow Warriors. If they don't have a heart, Joker will try to give them one!
For his voice, I'm looking for someone who can sound like Xander Mobus. Be aware that you'll also be voicing Arsene, using a low-pitch voice and an echo effect. Use this link for reference:
