Capable of reaching Mach 1 on foot, Sonic the Hedgehog is dubbed by many as the “fastest thing alive”. He is often cocky, impulsive, and overall cheeky, but he has a strong sense of justice and always helps anybody he finds in need. The teenaged hedgehog first entered the hero scene when his current arch-nemesis, Dr. Ivo “Eggman” Robotnik, kidnapped all the animals on South Island and used them to power his robots for advancing world domination. He has since found himself in all sorts of adventures, with new friends and enemies alike.

Sonic became such a big deal since he first entered the World of Brawl, becoming a member of the Iconic Triangle alongside Snake and Mario.  But he's not a fan of titles, except for being the "fastest thing alive", so he doesn't let it get too much in his head. He's still considered one of Smash World's greatest heroes, after helping out during events at Brawl, and ever since then, he's tried to help to maintain peace in Smash World, along with the help of the rest of the Iconic Hexagon.
