Skyrim Mod - Wayshrines of Origins Expansion
Project Overview
Wayshrines of Origins (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/179453) is a collaborative effort between Shredit and I that fixes my original work Wayshrines of Old (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/173799?) and I have been working on a major update that overhauls both the assets and framework entirely, to match the inspiration (Elder Scrolls Online) a little more closely as an homage to it. However, I am also planning on creating an expansion that adds ways to immerse the Wayshrines a little more lore-friendly (quests, rebuilding them, activation costs) and that is what we have here!
More roles will come up in the future, as Tolfwolf is not the only one having woes with the wayshrines!

Tolfwolf is a Nord wanderer who is trying to get back to where he came from using the wayshrines, as he accidentally activated one during an evening of tavern crawling with friends, though he is not from an arcane background so he does not know where to start. Trying not to alert anyone that he technically crossed into Skyrim without any sort of papers, he has tried to ask outcast mages but no one is interested in helping this burly nord who seemingly came out of nowhere and probably looks like he will call them a milk drinker and rob them of their gold.
Tolfwolf will give you a Quest to repair the Wayshrines.

Oh, hello there friend, I did not hear you. I have been thinking about this damn Wayshrine so much I am not with it. (Startled, then a little bit angry talking about the Wayshrine)
Are you familiar with wayshrines? Where I came from, there are all kinds that were built over the years, not all of them work anymore but I just managed to find one that did and ended up here. (Annoyed)
I need to find a way to repair one of them, so I can go back home. (Reminiscing)

Farmer Hofgard is in desperate search of his chicken, Tork the Giant, and you think he is a little bit mad talking about a giant chicken though Tork is in fact an abnormally giant chicken and he is skulking around a wayshrine to find his way back to his employer, Sheogorath. Tork the Giant is actually a Nord by the name of Skellig, formerly Sheogorath's Cobbler who was turned into a chicken for accidentally pricking the Prince's toe while adjusting one of his shoes. Skellig is more or less used to the strange happenings that come with working for the Daedic Prince of Madness as his cobbler, so being turned into a chicken was ... not really stressing him out as much as trying to find a way back using one of these wayshrines as a chicken. He is an easy going friendly giant (chicken) and loves to talk about the kinda work he does! Though maybe you can help him find a way to return to being a human ...

Gaia is an apostate who did not really like the rigidity that came with being a student of the College of Winterhold, though she breaks and enters sometimes to talk with her former classmates as the rest of the province does not take so kindly to an apostate like her, even when she was a student at the College. Gaia found a wayshrine near Winterhold and wants your help to get it functional so she can travel.
