Shon is one of the main protagonists of Siren's Lament. He works part-time alongside Lyra at her flower shop while balancing his other job as a luggage handler on a cruise ship. He is Lyra's love interest.

Should I cut the stems to make something beautiful but temporary out of this? Or should I continue to admire the beauty it has in itself and let it flourish on its own?

Ian, previously known as Kai before becoming a siren, is the one of the main characters in Siren's Lament. Lyra named him Ian after her dead pet goldfish. He is a main protagonist and Lyra's other love interest.

Emila is a deceased character in Siren's Lament, and the mother of Lyra. She is the sister of Aleah and has connections to Ian from his past as Kai.

Pele is a supporting character in Siren's Lament. She got her nickname from Tua. She is Tua's love interest and a friend of Lyra's and Ian's.

Hona is Lyra's adoptive grandmother and comfort when times are tough. She knows about the siren curse and does not approve of Lyra being involved with it. She found Lyra on the beach when she was a baby, after her mother turned into seafoam.

Ever since we were kids, I put all the responsibilities on him! Like how I would use sports practice as an excuse to get out of the house...and left Shon to stay home and take care of Mom and Coen.
Coen is Kori and Shon's little brother, and he aspires to marry Lyra. (Even though he is way younger than her). He is kind and agreeable, and much loved by many characters.
