Project Overview
This film is the second installment in a story of an unlikely alliance between Mystery inc. and several Cartoon Cartoon stars. The group is called into action once again to solve a mystery in the city of Townsville. The Powerpuff Girls are also called in to assist, though they feel uneasy and envious about the gang's achievements. A misunderstanding makes the situation even more complicated. Meanwhile, the gang test the abilities of their relatively new recruits; Johnny, Courage and the Eds, but will this test work in their favor? Can everybody work together? Is Townsville doomed?

Blossom is well rounded, though occasionally, she lets her role as leader get the best of her. She respects the wishes of her sisters, but is sometimes reluctanct to try any plan other than her own

Bubbles is more sensitive than her sisters, but she can still pack a punch. She likes to appreciate things like animals, drawing and the well being of everybody.

Buttercup is always looking to put crime in its place. She's the most relentless and tends to question her sisters' logic. She has a soft side, but isn't very keen on showing it.
