What Is This?
Saturn Dubs is a project dedicated to dubbing over
scenes and memes from MOTHER 2 AND 3! We're a Discord-based fandub server, with plans to post public dubs on both TikTok and YouTube respectively. Since both of these games are largely extensive and require many voice actors, we'll only be posting fragmented scene dubs on our YouTube page, rather than the entire games.
If you do not know what the Mother/Earthbound series is, this game series revolves around various young kids utilizing their psychic abilities to knock out enemies, meeting bizarre characters and friends along the way. Mother 2/Earthbound revolves around a boy named Ness, fighting against the extraterrestrial life form Gigyas, with his three prophesized friends joining him. Mother 3, on the other hand, follows a boy named Lucas, who deals with familial tragedy and grief early on in life and has to work to stop the influence of the pigmask army, alongside saving the world from the dragon sealed away underneath them. This should go without saying, but please be weary of spoilers if you choose to try out for this project!
Auditioning
Although this server is on Discord, you don't need to join it to audition. If needed, simply post your audition in here for our owners to review, and we'll message if you have been casted. Major events and assignments will be posted through our Discord, however, so please prepare to join the server if you do end up being chosen for a role. Good luck, and happy auditioning!

What Is Your Policy On Payment?
Unfortunately, for this project, we don't have the resources to pay voice actors for their work. Thus, extensive equipment is not necessary, and auditioning is very low-stakes. Alongside this, when casted, voice actors won't receive hefty amounts of work, and can resign any time.
Final Notes
Please note that the roles of Paula, Kumatora, Claus, and Porky (both games) are not available, as they are taken by our owners. Besides those four, however, every other character from either game is up for grabs. Feel free to join our server to see the cast lists, to possibly gain ideas on who to try out for.
Most people in this project are minors, including all owners. Please keep that in mind when auditioning, alongside when talking in server chats.
The set deadline on this page is very loose, as it's unsure when our main wave of casting will be. This date is rather an estimation, and could possibly be moved to a later date as more information on casting comes up.
