Project Overview
"Saga of a Space Battleship" is a fan-created animation series based on the series Space Battleship Yamato from 1974. The series functions as a would be 4th series taking place approximately 30 years after the events of the film "Final Yamato." When an unknown enemy is woken and is dead set on destroying not only Earth, but every living being in existence, the Space Battleship Yamato and her crew the StarForce rises again to add a new chapter in her legend, where old characters and new fight for a new tomorrow.

The Galman Soldier is a minor role who makes their appearance in Episode 10. They are a devoted professional however they aren't afraid to show emotion. The characters gender is undefined so all may audition for the role.

Camp Beta is for heavily injured and dying folks. (Long Sigh) Triage. If the people there survive, they get moved here.
Mariemaia is the wife of Chief Tokugawa of the Yamato. She is a loving wife and mother. Together they have three children. She and her husband haven't spoken since the Rogathi attacked. She makes her appearance in Episode 10.

Captain Sheridan is in command of the Space Craft Carrier Enterprise. He is a professional through and through and devoted to the defense of the Confederation. He is a recurring character and will appear multiple times throughout the series.

The Virgosian Captain is a minor role who makes their appearance in Episode 11. Despite being a professional, they openly defy the Virgosian Council and assist the Confederation Fleet in stealing several ships. The characters gender is undefined so all may audition for the role.
(V/O) Sir, they’re just trying to leave. We can’t just open fire on them.
(V/O) Governor, with respect, we cannot follow that order. Too long has the Council has refused to act. We are joining the Confederation Fleet. Please forgive us.
