Rogues of Remnant || RWBY Abridged Fan Project [MAJOR RECAST - YANG]
Project Overview
Welcome to Rogues of Remnant! We are a group compiled of RWBY fans who want to create a prosperous project all having to do with the RWBY characters and their world of Remnant!
This is a project created by RWBY fans for RWBY fans, so this is an unpaid project. If you decide to be a part of our community, I know that you will not regret the community that you will form with your fellow cast and crewmates. Even if you are not a member of our VA team or crew, feel free to join our discord! We have a lot of fun in our community, and we love discussing RWBY as well as just creative things in general.
While we do look for voice accuracy in auditions, it is NOT the primary thing we look for. The most important thing we look for in auditions is how well you embody the character. For example, you could sound like Ambrosius's VA 100%, but if you cannot express his flamboyant personality and the presence of his character, you most likely will not be cast. Expressiveness is so incredibly important.

- Must be able to meet deadlines
- Must be able to respond to DMs
- Please no background noises or reverb in your audio. USB or XLR microphones are REQUIRED as well.
- Must be ok with swearing

Yang is one of the four lead characters of RWBY. She is a fun, outgoing and a caring older sister to Ruby. For this abridged series, Yang is especially relaxed as well as being the glue that attempts to hold Team RWBY together.
We are looking for a voice actress that can convey all those qualities in her and be able to differentiate between the comedic parts of the character as well as the more serious and down-to-earth moments.
