[PAID] Roblox Story Voice Acting : MAIN & EXTRAS
Project Overview
Hello! I’m roblox_dude993, and I’m looking for voice actors for my upcoming YouTube web series episode!
I need energetic and expressive voice actors who can deliver funny, wacky performances for a few wacky, over-the-top characters. There are a LOT of roles to choose from, so if you’re good at comedic timing, character voices, or just love bringing wild personalities to life, I’d love to hear your audition!
If your audition is accepted, we’ll schedule a Discord call to record your lines together and keep the process fun and collaborative. For smaller roles, we'll likely just have you record your lines on your own. Please make sure to include your Discord tag or a way to contact you in your submission.
Thank you!

Gary has a whispery, airy voice. He talks dramatically and breathy with every word. Introverted but mainly from his other friends outshining him. Pushed around a lot, never really being able to do what he wants, eventually standing up for himself.
He is friends with the main antagonist, and plays a large role in the story.
The closest example of his voice would be Kryss Kadabra from Vat19
Here's an example : https://youtu.be/mJfDhQ6zCiU?si=JsdmXWZXbOritDZG&t=51
“I got banned for spamming 'Big booty butt' in the chat”
“Ugh, you two never let me do ANYTHING, I’m always stuck in the background, forgotten, while the two of you bask in the spotlight, but when do I get my chance??”
“UGH, I WAS banned for spamming big booty butt in the Roblox chat, but I never wanted to hurt anyone in the process…”
Oswald is a middle-aged, overly-confident police officer in a town that doesn't care about crime, he is scared easily but always tries to do the right thing, even if no one takes him seriously.
He is one of the main characters of the episode, and plays a large role in the story.
His voice is confident and upbeat, similar to someone like Paul Blart, but when he gets scared, he leans hard into a panicked, scaredy-cat tone.
Here is an example : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-7G1H20MY-8
(Overconfident) "Oswald Junior, reporting for duty. But I’ll let you off with a warning if you don’t make a fuss."
“Actually uh… I think I’ve had enough dessert for today, haha.”
(Terrified) “OH MY GOD, STOP THE CAR, STOP THE CAR!!”
Dance-Off Leader runs the street dance circle in the middle of the city always vibing, always in control. He eventually meets a cop who tries to shut things down, but he brushes it off without breaking his cool. He’s not loud or wild just effortlessly respected and never pressed.
He is a side character that makes an appearance in a few scenes.
His voice is cool, confident, low and smooth, similar to someone like 50 Cent. He’s relaxed but commands attention, with that “too cool to care” energy.
“Man, who is you?”
“*Scoffs*, what are you, a cop?”
“Street don’t give a fuck about what I do. And you shouldn’t either. So get the hell outta my face before we have a problem.”
The Salesman is a high-energy, fast-talking showman who can sell anything with ease. Always hyping something up, always chasing a crowd.
He is a side character that makes an appearance in a few scenes.
His voice is confident and dramatic, with strong emphasis on certain words to really sell what he’s saying.
"NOW, COME ON LADIES, WHO WOULDN’T WANT A ONCE-IN-A-LIFETIME, NEVER-BEFORE-SEEN, LIMITED-EDITION MYSTERY BAG?”
“HOW ABOUT 400 TIX FOR YOU, BIG GUY?”
“LOOK AT THAT GOLDEN TEXTURE ON THE OUTSIDE, YOU KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS? GOLD, LADIES AND GENTLEMAN, THERE MIGHT BE REAL GOLD INSIDE THIS BAG! WHO KNOWS?”
Clint "DeadEye" Crowe is the owner of the local gun shop, he treats his weapons like fine art, knowing all the history, mechanics, and nature of every firearm he sells.
He is a side character that makes an appearance in a few scenes.
His voice is deep, calm, and very western. The closest character I would compare him to is Arthur Morgan.
Here's an example : https://youtu.be/ZuSkHkabfPY?si=0fRM_o_lM7fuWUjH&t=91
"Name’s DeadEye. You break it, you buy it.”
“My store has all the weapons you’ll need.”
“The Green Hyperlaser Gun, a toy code item that kills any player with just one bullet.”
Captain Squid is a retired pirate trying (and failing) to make a living on land. He used to make boats but it didn't work out too well. He meets some people trying to convince him to build a boat for them.
He is a side character that makes an appearance in a few scenes.
His voice is simply a pirate accent. The classic “Arrr matey!” energy, the closest character I could compare him to is Foxy from Fazbear & Friends
Here is an example : https://youtu.be/i-reyx1a50M?si=EGloSJMmi-AS-jBY&t=189
“Argh, we be outta the boat-makin’ business, matey!”
“I’m afraid I can’t help ya, lad”
“Argh, makin’ an honest livin’ down here be rougher than wrestlin’ a kraken blindfolded."
The Bus Driver may look and sound intimidating, but is actually just a gullible, silly man who's easily tricked. His job is to get the correct person (Oswald) into the bus, but gets tricked by a grandma claiming to be Oswald and he instantly falls for it.
He is a side character that makes an appearance in a few scenes.
His voice is deep, serious and tough-sounding at first, but then shifts to a more gullible, clueless tone, like a dumbfounded Paul Blart.
(Serious) “We’re looking for an Oswald, he needs to come with us immediately.”
(Blushing) “Heheh, just doin’ my job, ma’am.”
(Surprised) “Oh wow, I didn’t even see that. Huh, that one’s on me.”
Grandma is a soft, calm, charming person... but with malicious intent.
In this scene, Grandma convinces the Bus Driver that she's the person he's supposed to let on, she plays innocent, but there’s a sharpness beneath the surface.
She is a side character that makes an appearance in a few scenes.
Her voice is soft, calm, and charming, the kind of voice that instantly makes you feel safe… which is exactly why you shouldn’t trust her.
The closest character I'd compare her to is Granny May from WordGirl
Here's an example : https://youtu.be/BxiT7DV66BA?si=M9wX_a_iwhZEEROj&t=14
“May I ask where you’ll be taking this Oswald person, dearie?”
“Uhh… my mistake dearie, I must’ve forgotten yet again! I’M Oswald!”
“Thank you dearie, we need more people like you in the world!”
Bar Thief #1 stands along side his friend inside the crowded bar, looking for easy targets to take advantage of, this time they stumble upon the wrong person, someone who turns out to be associated with their boss.
He is a minor character with 3-5 lines.
He has a fake-friendly, slightly high-pitched, with an exaggerated “baby talk” tone. Sounds like he’s trying way too hard to seem gentle, which makes him come off as suspicious or off-putting.
“Oh hey little guy, are you lost?”
“Come on, let us take a look at it for a second”
“OH, y-you guys know this kid?”
Bar Thief #2 stands right next to his main friend inside the crowded bar, looking for easy targets to take advantage of, this time they stumble upon the wrong person, someone who turns out to be associated with their boss.
He is a minor character with 1-3 lines.
He has a more raspy, sly, and unsettling voice, like someone who's always grinning while they talk.

Clown is a character that has a brief appearance where he greets a bunch of kids and tries to convince them to get into his van.
He is a minor character with 1-3 lines.
He basically sounds like a clown, but nothing too crazy, just a regular toned, creepy guy.
“You kids want some ice cream? :)”
"Just come to the back of my van, the ice cream's in here!"
"Hahah! Don't worry, hop on in!"
Homeless Dude is a deep, grounded, serious character who gets offered to run a petition for money. Ironically, the petition is to 'kick out all homeless people' but he does it regardless, because he needs the money to survive.
He is a minor character with 3-5 lines.
His voice is raspy and rough around the edges, he speaks clearly and seriously, like someone who's been through a lot.
“We’re running a petition to kick out all the homeless people.”
“This is all we could get.”
(Frustrated) “Damn it.”
Fast Food Cashier is a man with a boring job, and he’s only just there for the paycheck. Whether you’re ordering fries or starting a fight in the lobby, he’ll respond the same way: bored and over it.
He is a minor character with 1-3 lines.
His voice is low-energy, monotone, and disinterested, similar to Squidward but less of the snarky attitude and more of just the 'trying to get everything over with'.
"Welcome to Jolly Burger, how can I help you?"
“Here is your order, sir”
"Here’s your receipt. Have a nice day."
Pie Cashier is a female cashier in a Blueberry Pie Bakery and actually enjoys it. She’s helpful, welcoming, and has that small-town charm.
She is a minor character with 1-3 lines.
Her voice is friendly, casual, and calm, just someone who genuinely likes working at a pie shop.
"Welcome to the Blueberry Pie Bakery! What would you like?”
(Writing notes) "You said you'd like a Blueberryyyy?"
"Would you like it heated, or just boxed up?"
Thrift Store Cashier works the register at a rundown thrift store and is completely over it. The store is about to close, and he just wants everyone out by closing. He’s not mean, just tired and done.
He is a minor character with 1-3 lines.
His voice is a blunt, dry, and done with the day.
“We’re closed, sorry.”
(Interrupting) “Yeah no, sorry. Leave the store.”
(Annoyed) “Leave this store NOW.”
Appeal Employee is in charge of reading people's appeals to decide whether someone should be unbanned or not. He's tired, bored, and completely uninvested, he barely reads the appeals and usually just accepts them to get it over with.
He is a side character that makes an appearance in a few scenes.
His voice is monotone, dry, and low-energy, similar to Roz from Monsters Inc, (https://youtu.be/dJWm0TWH7d0?si=JRW_dA3Yke9d6U37&t=16) but speaks faster, and talks in a way where you can still understand the words he's saying.
“Hello, and welcome to the appeal center.”
“To submit your appeal, you’ll need to head over to that area to write your letter.”
(Slightly Annoyed) “Are you gonna walk through the door or not?”
Main Hacker leads the other hackers, he commands others when needed, but most of the time, he's just a casual, friendly dude, which causes him to be quite gullible.
He is a side character that makes an appearance in a few scenes.
His voice is casual, confident, and laid-back. He can be serious when needed, but not so much that he seems intimidating. At the same time, he's also not overly cheerful or hyper. Just an easy-going, casual dude.
“BREACHERS, FLY AWAY!”
(Casual) “You guys wanna blow up a dog?”
(Threatening) "You better open up that gate, or I shoot you right now.”
The Other Hackers isn’t a standalone character, but more of a background voice for the other members in the hacker group. They’re there to react, chime in, or deliver quick one-liners during group scenes. If you enjoy doing a lot of wacky, dumb voices, this role's for you!
(This role will be assigned to multiple people. Each person will have 1-3 lines.)
Their voices are funny, wacky, and dumb. Feel free to have fun with it! These are background hackers, so the energy should be playful and chaotic without needing to be super polished.
(Chasing a Dog) “Hey look! I have a dog bone! Come and get the dog bone!”
(Holding a Gun) “I’m holding a camera, could you stand still and say cheese?”
“We promise not to hurt you! You won’t even feel a thing!”
Baby may look like a child, but has the deep voice of a grown man.
He has only one line, in a scene where the mother says to her son :
“Go ahead, sweetheart, say thank you to the kind officer.”
"Yeah thanks bro."
His voice is very deep and serious. Basically, nowhere near a child.
Since there's only one line, feel free to try different or more comedic variations!

“Man… if it were The Minions, they’d totally show up.”

“Hey, you were the one who did this, you gotta own up to it.”
"I'm not sure if that's the best idea."
