Project Overview

Roads of Fortune is a passion project of Grifter Wolf and the starting point of Pawpad Productions. The pilot has been released as an Audio Drama on YouTube and on Spotify with the hopes of getting a Kickstarter to seek financing to animate it. This is the first casting call of the series to follow the pilot. I have selected DEFERRED PAYMENT as the goal is to get financing, either through Kickstarter or through Patreon and other means in order to develop this series to pitch as an animated series. These contents are still being developed, but we want to continue the series in audio format.

On the world of Limbros, four warriors are selected by the elements to battle an ancient evil Abysno and his generals to keep them from destroying the world and allowing Abysno to rise to power. The series is episodic, many characters will have one time appearances aside from the main cast. We are looking to have a 13 or 14 episode first season (with an additional 3 seasons planned) and we're seeing talents looking to get out there. We are looking for an amazing experience and we hope you all will be interested in joining! Thank you so much for your auditions.

  • Casting is Cast

    Hey everyone! I wanted to thank you all for your auditons, in the end I had to take the list, to make it a short list, then make it a shorter list, then make it an EVEN SHORTER list. That's how hard it was to decide. So please congratulate those that got the parts and be sure to keep an eye out again, it may be a few months out but we will eventually cast for episode 8 too. And definitely watch our YouTube channel for what comes out (including our Patreon) and we'll see you all later :) - Artist/Technical roles are still open until 07/15

  • Updates/Technical Extensions

    Hey guys! I've been loving the auditions so far and I've really begun to trim down the shortlists, if you aren't selected for the shortlist please keep trying we'll have more episodes in the future. The casting deadline for the voice cast will still be around the end of the week/weekend so please feel free to continue to audition. However the posting has been extended for a week for the artists roles as well as a new addition of a video editor role! (none of these have been shortlisted yet but I've got my eye on some of you!) the hard deadline will be 07/14, and by that time hopefully Episode 4 will be available so you all can see what you're getting into with us! Thank you guys so much for continuing to support the project as we move forward with the episodes!

    Hey guys! I wanted to follow up with you lot and say I am floored by the amount of response you've given this project, and even if you are not selected I do hope you come back for other casting calls. I am planning a 14 episode first season, and additional seasons are planned (if our Patreon gets a solid response too). Episode 4 is already being put together. You all are making my attempts to "short list" instead turning it into a "slightly shorter list". Be sure to give the YouTube channel a follow, help spread the word for the series if you can. The Houndmaster is the major villain of Episodes 6 and 7 he was transformed by the power of the Black Diamond and can summon hounds to attack and consume the souls of humans guilty of sin, no matter how small the infraction. He himself is particularly vicious and wild, earning the anger and jealousy of Gangrene. He too is a cruel, irredeemable monster who shows no mercy to his victims. I imagine his voice to have some gravel and depth to it.
