The Houndmaster is the major villain of Episodes 6 and 7 he was transformed by the power of the Black Diamond and can summon hounds to attack and consume the souls of humans guilty of sin, no matter how small the infraction. He himself is particularly vicious and wild, earning the anger and jealousy of Gangrene. He too is a cruel, irredeemable monster who shows no mercy to his victims. I imagine his voice to have some gravel and depth to it.
“Did you not know that stealing...” (he grins wickedly) “...is a sin?”
“Allow me to introduce myself. I am the Houndmaster.”
“I won’t need my hounds for this.”
