RISE OF THE ONI - Fortnite Short Films for FortShorts

Project Overview

Hello,

We create short films set in the Fortnite game universe. Our content is rated PG13 and presented in episodes. We aim to make the game's complex story fun and easy to follow.

NOTE: Some characters are set to return for future episodes!

Key Considerations you must know before auditioning:

  1. You DON'T need to have any knowledge of Fortnite to audition.

  2. You'll need a good microphone and quiet recording space. Lot's of yelling in this first episode! Your mic must not peak or get distorted!

  3. Meeting deadlines is important. We usually give 3-5 days to do your lines.

  4. While you're not bound by a contract, we hope you'll commit to finishing your role once you start.

  5. Scripts are around this episode is 40 pages long, but characters usually have 2-5 minutes of screen time depending on importance.

  6. We'll credit you in the video description with your preferred name and social media link. And if requested, a recommendation on CCC.

  7. Our seasons typically align with Fortnite’s, lasting around 80 days, during which we aim to release 1-5 videos. However, for this season, we’ll only release one video, with some characters carrying over into the next season, where we hope to release another two videos.

  8. If you enjoy working with us and the final product, we'd love it if you consider auditioning for more roles in the future. This helps us a lot!

  9. Having a Discord account is helpful but not mandatory. We use it for easy communication, but we can also use other methods.

Supporting (Antagonist)

A fearsome demon warrior bound by ancient duty, The Night Rose is a complex character trapped in a cruel fate. Though she serves the Demon Emperor Shogon X, it’s not by choice—she’s cursed, forced to obey his every command like a puppet. While most demon warriors have lost all traces of their humanity, their faces twisted into dark, unrecognizable forms, The Night Rose still retains a hint of her human appearance. Beneath the surface, under the Puppeteer's control, she remains alone, silently crying in agony.
