Mike "Thatcher" Baker is an Attacking Operator featured in Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege. A Medium Armored Operator, Thatcher is equipped with three EG MKO-EMP Grenades which disables all electronics that fall within its area of effect.

Born into a family of stevedores, Baker enlisted for active military duty on his eighteenth birthday. A veteran of three wars, he saw action at the battle of Goose Green during the Falklands Conflict, participated in Operation Nimrod of the Iranian Embassy Siege as a part of Team Blue in 1980, and was also assigned to unit Bravo Two Zero of the SAS during the Gulf War in 1991. Baker was the oldest SAS operative on active duty until he was recruited by Rainbow.

Highly observant, calculating and decisive, Baker’s demeanor may denote traces of impatient cynicism, but he possesses a profound sense of ethical responsibility. He does best when assigned with junior operators of strong moral conviction, whom he can mentor.

Seamus "Sledge" Cowden is an Attacking Operator featured in Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege. A Medium Armored Operator, Sledge wields a specialized Tactical Breaching Hammer, known as "The Caber", which can breach through most structures.

Seamus Cowden hails from the upper tip of the Scottish Highlands. Due to his imposing physical stature and athleticism, he found early success as the Captain of the 1998 Scotland National under-20 Rugby Union Team. A strong desire for public service inspired Cowden to enlist in the army at 18, after five years of active duty, he was recruited by the SAS.

Cowden displays natural leadership qualities, likely developed during his amateur sports career. His comfort on the front line can be attributed to his confidence and tactical experience.

Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege DLC - Operation Black Ice Trailer US

Sébastien "Buck" Côté is an Attacking Operator featured in Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege, introduced in the Operation Black Ice DLC expansion alongside Frost. He features a medium armor and speed rating. His unique gadget is an under-barrel mounted shotgun known as the "Skeleton Key", useful for creating breaches with ease.[1]

A Montreal native, Côté always wanted to lead an unconventional life. He enrolled in the Canadian Armed Force via the Regular Officer Training Plan, which allowed him to attend University and obtain a degree in Criminology. After graduation he became an MP in the Canadian Army.

When his time in the Army was completed he joined the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and eventually became a part of the Emergency Response Team. After excelling in his ERT role he was invited by the Canadian military to re-up and become a member of JTF2.

Highly pragmatic, Côté will always take the shortest distance between two points. He is not one to mince words or become hyperbolic. He enjoys simple mechanical devices rather than the more high-tech arsenal employed by other members of Team Rainbow.

Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege - Operation Dust Line Trailer US

Craig "Blackbeard" Jenson is an Attacking Operator featured in Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege, introduced in the Operation Dust Line expansion alongside Valkyrie. A Medium Armored Operator, Blackbeard's unique gadget are two Rifle-Shields that protect his head from a few bullets, allowing a higher survivability rate at the cost of mobility and recoil.[1]

Jenson grew up in a comfortable upper middle-class family with no military history. He decided that he wanted to be a Navy SEAL at a young age and devoted his life to achieving this goal. With the help of his father, a kinesiology professor at the University of Washington, he started training at twelve and enlisted at eighteen.

The drive and discipline seen in SEAL team members is what drew Jenson to the group. He sees SEALs as an ideal blend of mental and psychical abilities and strives to optimize both of these traits in himself.

• Blackbeard is a strong point man with his Rifle-Shield, which can block a couple headshots before breaking. While accuracy is still a strong priority, the risk is lessened significantly by giving a buffer between him and his targets.

• The speed penalty applied when his gadget is active only applies when Blackbeard is using his primary weapon. If Blackbeard switches to his secondary weapon, they will still be able to move at normal speed.

• Keep in mind that Blackbeard's Rifle-Shields can only withstand up to 60 HP worth of damage, meaning most weapons can easily tear through his shield in a couple seconds.

• It's recommended to take off the Rifle-Shield when not in use, as the movement penalty and ease of breaking will be more of a hinderance than a benefit.

Emmanuelle "Twitch" Pichon is an Attacking Operator featured in Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege. A Medium Armored Operator, her special gadget is the deployment two RSD Model 1 Shock Drones which can disable enemy gadgets and damage enemy players.

Born in the historic town of Nancy, Pichon grew up in a family that valued education, particularly math and science. Early participation in sponsored computer programming competitions led to her joining the army cadets at sixteen.

Pichon demonstrates an affinity for complex robotic systems and mechanical academia, due to an early exposure to analytical problem solving. This ability transcends academia. Unlike many engineers who have the propensity to be emotionally disconnected or apathetic, Pichon is strongly intuitive and empathetic. She believes that technology's best use is to improve the quality of life. This principle motivates Pichon in her military service.
