Project Overview
Welcome to Earth-712, an Earth that has widely been influenced by the customs of Feudal Japan. There is no New York, no individual continents. Just a world with very little technology and overrun by Feudal Japan. In this Earth there are four kingdoms.
The Hen'i-tai Kingdom, one that only Mutants inhabit. No humans are allowed here unless it was on important business. The Ningen Kingdom, one that is very similar to the Hen'i-tai Kingdom, except no Mutant are allowed unless they are there on important business. The Hen'i Hito Kingdom welcomes both Mutant and Humans alike so matter what race they are. Finally, the capital, the Chūō Kingdom. Just like the Hen'i Hito Kingdom, both Mutants and Humans are allowed here, but with one restriction. They must be there on important business or they must be an important person.
These four kingdoms come together as one to create Earth-712. However, evil is lurking amidst the shadows of the world. Six unlikely heroes come together in order to rescue and save. Will they succeed?

Splinter, once known as Hamato Yoshi, is the leader of the Hamato Clan, a clan that now only four members ever since he was dethroned as king of Hen'i Hito. He and his sons hide underneath the city as aim to end Oroku Saki's tyranny,

Leonardo Hamato is the oldest son of Splinter and is the leader among his band of brothers. He is the strongest mentally and rivals his younger brother, Raphael, in physical strength. He puts a lot of weight on his shoulders as the leader and often finds himself as a letdown of a leader.

Raphael likes to punch first and think later. He has a hairline-split temper and is an animal lover. He has a rivalry with Leonardo and tends to pick on the youngest brother, Michelangelo. Raphael gives off a tough exterior, but in reality, he is a big softy who just wants someone to understand him.

Donatello is the second youngest and is the brains. He occasionally invents devices but is more on the researching side. He becomes very irritated if someone interrupts him while he is researching or if he needs to find a certain piece of information and can't. Donatello has a close relationship with Michelangelo, not only because of the fact they are the youngest.

Michelangelo is the party master and the prankster. He enjoys laughing and teasing his older brother, Raphael. He finds it hard to be serious or angry, but when he is, it is a sight you do not want to see. Michelangelo has a close relationship with Donatello, not only because of the fact they are the youngest.

Jona is a small red-ear-slider turtle that was saved by Michelangelo in a huge fire, making her one of his biggest fans. She is loud and bubbly. However, she is so sacrifical that it is a fault. She is often seen as dumb and a nuisance, however, she is actually quite smart and an important asset in the series.

Dmitri is one of Oroku Saki's strongest minions. He is quiet, stern, and very agile. He also used to be a member of the Hen'i-tai Kingdom, known as Arunika's bodyguard before Kamaria, and soon ran off for unknown reasons.
