Project Overview
This is a small project piece that requires a chunk of vocal work done. This is just one exchange of the character, but if there's promise in the audition work, it forms part of a much larger role. Middle-aged male applicants preferred, but deep voices capable of providing both calm and aggressive tones are also desired.

He is soft spoken (though with a rougher edge to his voice), attempting to calmly approach his daughter who is an introvert, about the potential of applying for work.
Hey. (a pause) I just wanted to apologize about tonight. (pause) I mean, your mother and I arguing. You shouldn't have to keep seeing that. (another pause) Listen, I don't want to force you to do anything. Your mother and I just have some disagreements about it.
You want to keep performing like this, don't you? (pause) But is it what you want to do? (pause) I spoke to some guys at work. They said they might have some entry level roles to fill over the next few months. Just to keep your options open and all. I said I'd talk to you about applying.
