Mr. Puzzles is the theatrical, television-headed secondary antagonist of the SMG4 series(specifically the PUZZLEVISION saga), voiced by Brendan Blaber. He is a reality-warping villain who traps characters in twisted shows to achieve a five-star rating and control real life. Formerly known as the "Mysterious TV Guy," he despises mediocrity, acts as a manipulative producer, and sometimes shows a complex, desperate desire for artistic validation In this au, he is redeemed with the help of Benjamin after lots of getting used to and with the help of Benjamin and his friends. He became better and is directing his own show.

Mr. WPNZ is a cyborg assassin and major antagonist in the Australian animated series SMG4. He was defeated by Karen and the kids, in this au, Mr puzzles found him torn apart and took him in and him and Benjamin fix him.

Mrs. Gabriella ((gabby)) Star is an ex Hollywood actress before an incident that made her lose her head and got replaced with a flatscreen tv. She’s very vain and has a big ego. Her main goal is to be a star ((see what I did there? >:})) and have her name known across far and wide, and she is willing to do anything to get that goal, no matter the cost…. For her voice, it’s like a suave/theatrical voice with pixelated effect because her screen is cracked. She’s not married, she refered to herself as Mrs. For two reasons, one reason because they assume she’s married so they don’t hit on her and the other reason ((the main reason)) is because she believes it’s more fancier than ms. She's a wolf in sheep's clothing who will go too far for the one she's obsessed with, she sounds like a Emberlyn from helluva boss

Franklin is a tall, rugged, muscular male who is like the fun but protective uncle of the group, always in a fun mood and is never boring, Always knowing what to say to cheer someone up, except when he needs to protect the ones he cares about. Then he's locking in hard to keep his friends and family safe.

Alex is Brenda's younger brother and the joker and prankster of the group. He's rarely serious, always slacking off or thinking of some kind of creative prank to pull, and when speaking, he's usually giving sarcastic remarks or following up with some kind of joke or pun even when the situation is serious. But he means well and knows when to tone it down when it's a really bad time for messing around. and he can be really sweet when he wants to be.
