Project: Undercover 2

Willow Mayfield is a strong woman, as a person who always gets discriminated in her job because of her gender, its finally her time to shine when she gets a modelling gig to go undercover. She is confident and witty in how she speaks, but when it comes to emotions and sensitivity she reaches her weakness. She gets very irritable, and nobody messes with her but nevertheless still a good friend to have on your side!

Spencer Lopez is a bit of a joker guy, he is a great detective but he can never take anything seriously due to his lack of maturity. He is very upbeat and bubbly but can be shy at times. He is always the centre of attention and is also quite a player. He has your back at all times and isnt afraid to stick up for people.

Animator - Must understand the basics of animating front facing, backfacing, and side facing, and able to do headturns/bodyturns as well as (preferably) use the program Live2D. Make sure your animations are smooth and flow with what actions the character is doing. (Walk, Run, Dance, Fight, Jump, Climb, Crawl, Hair, Facial expressions, Lipsynch, etc)

Rigger - Must be advanced with body turns and head turns as well as complex rigging. The rig must be smooth and not choppy. As well as this, it needs to be easy for the animators to understand and use.  

Artist - Must have good knowledge on anatomy and lighting, make sure you are able to shade confidently with your art and develop a unique style that stands out.

PSD Creator - Must be able to understand perspective and create PSD’s from all angles. Should also be able to draw in correct anime art style as well as keep everything clear for the animators and riggers.

Custom Character Designer - Must understand the concept of the character as well as colour scheme and fashion. Must follow the same style throughout and know the character's personality. Must also be able to create customized accessories when needed. Express this through their choice of clothes and hair, etc.

Storyboard Creator - Must understand the script properly and draw/use the characters to show what the scene would look like. The storyboard image should be in high quality and easy/clear for the members to understand.

Background Creator - Must be able to draw the layout as accurately as possible as well as an appropriate style so it fits the anime theme. Must also be able to do bgs in different angles and have clarity in your work. 

Manager - Must have confidence, able to take charge when needed, and keep organized. Be able to multitask, listen and help the members as well as follow instructions given by the owner (e.g pass on messages, make announcements, etc.)

Head of Department 
(Production Oversight)  - Must be able to oversee the departments (such as VA, or Animator) and make sure everyone is doing as they should, give out tasks, and apply help if needed. You should also be able to listen to the members and any concerns they may have go straight to you. As well as this, you must also be able to give out constructive criticism when it's needed. Must also have some experience in the field you are head of.

To assist me in writing the script for this project, it will be 50/50 shared script and we will discuss scenes, etc

Video Editor - Must know how to edit lighting and understand how to use greenscreens. The application used shouldnt contain any watermark and the result of the finished video must be in high quality.
