Honami and Ichika, Saki and Shiho were friends as children. The group used to stargaze and play music, but because of Saki's hospitalization during middle school, Honami's relationships with Ichika and Shiho became strained. Despite wanting to be friends with the two, she stopped speaking to them after her classmates would call her disloyal and speak rudely about Ichika and Shiho. After Saki returns to school and they access the School SEKAI, the group slowly reunites and forms Leo/need, named after the meteor shower they watched together as children.
She's an honor student and classmates with Emu. She is also part of the beautification committee with Shizuku.
Honami is smart, athletic, and kind. She's said to be nice towards everyone and always takes their feelings into consideration, deeply caring for them. However, this can lead her to be indecisive and has difficulty with expressing her own feelings, worrying that people may not like her for it. She doesn't want others to worry about her and tends to get emotional very easily. Despite this, she's always supportive of her friends, thinking of them very often; the moral of her character being "...when you try to be on everyone's side, you end up on no one's..." and that there is more than one form of kindness.
When she was in middle school, people would tend to rely on her, but due to the belief she was only trying to get on others' good sides and was simply just two-faced, she slowly but surely became isolated. Prior to joining Leo/need, she decided she would change for the better and express her true feelings from then on; the hard truth — this is her definition of kindness.

"What else... Oh, I like to stargaze. I often find myself just staring up at the sky at night without realizing it. Once, when I was little, I saw a meteor shower together with some of my childhood friends. I can still remember how brightly those shooting stars were shining that night. As for my hobbies, I like to take my dog out for walks."
"Hehe, thank you... But it's because everyone put so much effort into it... And it's also because of all of you too that my class worked up the enthusiasm to go for the gold."
[Meeting MEIKO for the first time]
"Um... We heard someone playing the drums just now, so does that mean you're a drummer, MEIKO?"
"Y-Yes! If you don't mind, could I ask you for some tips later?"
Haruka used to be part of the nationally-acclaimed idol group ASRUN, and had the highest popularity ranking among all the members of the group. After a falling out with one of the members of her group, she retires from being an idol and returns to the general course at Miyamasuzaka. After her retirement, she meets Minori on the rooftop when looking for a place to read. Soon, Minori, Airi, and Shizuku invite her to create MORE MORE JUMP! with them. She initially refuses, until she is given hope by former ASRUN member Mai.
Haruka deeply loves being an idol (particularly enjoying the view of the stage when all the penlights would turn blue) and was strongly motivated by delivering hope to her audience. Upon being called a liar by Mai out of frustration, Haruka began to see herself as incapable to be an idol and started to see the audience as an overwhelming pressure. Haruka would become instead desperate to deliver hope, gradually, she gives up on the notion of being an idol at all.
Afterwards, Haruka became slightly more melancholic, accepting that that was simply the way things would be. However, realizing that Minori had received her hope and being encouraged by MORE MORE JUMP!, she realized she wanted to be an idol once again. In return, she deeply values MORE MORE JUMP!, and becomes more cheerful. Seeing Minori similarly to Mai, Haruka shows to be worried whenever Minori gets herself potentially hurt.
Haruka is very charismatic, being the most popular member of the former idol group, ASRUN. In Minori's words, she is "The kind of idol who is able to give everyone hope for a better tomorrow".
Haruka is a strict and dedicated person, working in regular routines of rigorous workouts to stay at an idol's standard.
She restricts herself on sweets and pastries, which, in response, causes cravings. She is attentive to the schedules and specials of pastry shops. Haruka is cheeky and bold, unafraid to talk back and to tease her friends. She is rather sporty, liking basketball, and as a child she was competitive, having competitions over who could eat faster. She also loves penguins, owns a ton of penguin merch and sometimes gets emotional when receiving penguin merch as a gift.

"Together, we'll look ahead and go far. I'm Haruka Kiritani from MORE MORE JUMP! I'm very happy to be standing on the stage like this, again, as an idol. Some of you may already have heard this, but I couldn't smile very well when I was younger. I developed a bit of a complex about it."
[Minori meets Haruka face-to-face]
"Heh. I guess that means we're in the same year. I'm Haruka Kiritani. I just transferred into Class C today. I was looking for somewhere to read. Is it alright if I stay here for a while?
[Haruka improvising a food review to teach Minori]
"The sweet cream and the slightly acidic fruits go really well together!"
Airi used to be a member of the idol group QT. She was a popular idol that appeared on many variety shows. Due to her talent working in television, her agency urged her to stop being an idol and to become a TV personality instead. She rejected this offer, resulting in her quitting the group.
Airi seemingly gave up her dream of being an idol, even insulting Minori and saying she has no chance at becoming an idol, but was reinvigorated by her determination to reach her dream, thus agreeing to train Minori and join MORE MORE JUMP! with Haruka and Airi's former rival Shizuku.
Airi is strong-minded and comes across as pushy to some. According to Minori, she's strict but reliable. She is very protective of her friends and family, and hates bullies. She was more tomboyish as a child, though that was frequently shot down by her mother. To this day, Airi still manages to retain her headstrong attitude.
She would frequently dote on her past, bitter of how the industries she went to ended up trying to use her as a TV personality and disregard her idol activities completely. When she would do this, she'd become snappy and irrational to those who would confront her about her attitude, insulting them, only to feel guilty afterwards.

"Minori, watch and learn how a true idol talks to the audience! Here goes... Three, two, one... (Idol energy activate, very peppy) One special delivery of love coming right up! It's the lovely fairy, Airi! Airi Momoi from MORE MORE JUMP! at your service"
[Airi talking about her story of her dream to become an idol]
"After that, I went to audition after audition before finally becoming an idol like I dreamed. Hehe. That sure brings back memories. It wasn't all sunshine and rainbows but...I really did love being an idol...Thanks to Minori and the others, I get another chance at doing just that."
"Sorry to call you like this all of a sudden. My lesson for this weekend got canceled, so I thought that maybe we could go out and do something together. What do you think? There's also someone I want to introduce you to. Her name's Shizuku Hinomori and we're in the same idol group..."
Mizuki likes to uploads MVs online. They were captivated by Yoisaki Kanade's music upon listening to it. Kanade saw the MVs Mizuki made and invited them to her circle.
From what has been seen in events and episodes of the main story that reveal Mizuki's past, it is shown that they've been treated like an outcast for as long as we get to see. One day in middle school, they headed to the rooftop for "no reason", only to find Rui, who came to the rooftop almost everyday. Mizuki was hesitant at first, but the two eventually became friends that skipped class and kept eachother alive. In the present, Mizuki still skips school, only going every few weeks so they don't have to retake the grade. But when they do attend school, rumors spread as people stab them in the back they talk behind. As of the Kamiyama Festival, they have become friends with Nene, Tsukasa, Akito and Toya.
Mizuki is a moody person and Kanade thinks they only act on their own principles. They tend to get frustrated and upset whenever they're ridiculed for various reasons, and they strongly desire to freely express themselves, without holding back or being made fun of due to just being who they are. They're also obsessed with cute things.
Despite their energetic, carefree, and sometimes childish demeanor, Mizuki is shown to be, on more than a few occasions, the most mature member of Nightcord., as Ena herself admits in one of her card stories. They often assume the role of mediator in arguments, breaking things up and settling things down whenever they sense that the air has become too heated. They’re fairly introspective, and are therefore usually the one to suggest breaks when they notice that their fellow members have grown tired or particularly stressed out. Where Kanade tends to intensely hone in her focus, Mizuki keeps their attention at least somewhat rooted in reality, able to sense changes in tension and atmosphere in the group. They are able to come to fairly nuanced conclusions about issues, as well as people, as is evident in the way they spoke of their feelings towards Mafuyu disappearing; describing how they would feel but acknowledging that it is not Mafuyu’s responsibility to respond to, or feel saved by, their feelings.
For better or for worse, they have a very strong learned sense of boundaries: when to involve themselves in the affairs of others, and when to involve others in their own affairs. They make sure to acknowledge that they themselves are bound to have little understanding of others’ struggles before proceeding to offer an opinion. They carry with them a strong recognition of the struggles their fellow members face, and with this comes a belief that the group isn’t an appropriate space to share their own struggles. It seems that they stay secretive, to an extent, from an understanding that everyone has their lies.

IMPORTANT: Mizuki is Non-binary (or genderqueer in my opinion) so a mix of a boyish and feminine voice will do!
[Mizuki overhearing on their classmates]
"Do they think they're whispering? Because I can totally hear everything they're saying. Whatever. It's not like this is the first time."
[Mizuki talking to Rui]
(this is before the game so a deeper voice)
"I see. Not like I have anything against stories like that, but why are you reading that sort of stuff? I thought you wanted to do fun shows."
[Mizuki wondering if they should tell N25 about themselves]
"But... This feeling... It's making my chest tight... Why...? Together... Like this...? If we do... Will I have to tell them?"
[Miku explaining was a SEKAI is]
"Once you do, your feelings will give birth to songs. That's why we're here. We want you... no, you and your friends, to find your true feelings again."
"Don't tell me you've forgotten who your friends are?"
"I sure hope those girls come to visit soon. I still need to help them all find their true feelings before we can sing together. I just hope performing together as a band again will help them rediscover those feelings."
"Hm... A senior... More like a senpai... I wonder if maybe I should start acting more like one. But how do I do that? When I think of a senpai, I imagine someone more composed. Someone you can rely on whenever you need advice. Maybe someone like Luka?
"(fake sternness) Are you prepared for some intense training?"
"(Cheery) Hehe, just kidding. Let's have fun playing together! I thought there would be more of you. Miku told me you had two more friends you were plaything with."
"Oh? Did you have any trouble without me?"
"I didn't want to take away from your debut as their senpai, so I decided to sit back and watch today. I've noticed that you've really been practicing hard for today."
"It's important to be in sync with each other in order to make good music as a team. There's no harm in connecting through things other than music every now and then. It can only help you as a band."
In MORE MORE JUMP!'s SEKAI, the Stage SEKAI, she becomes an idol together with Rin and guides the idol group into realizing their true feelings on stage. She is light, peppy, and mature; Rin looks up to her as an idol.
"Maybe? Whatever the case, you should hold on to those feelings and never let them go. Because all of the others are on the verge of forgetting about theirs."
"It's almost time for the show to start! I'll see you around, Minori! As long as you and the others have the same feelings, we'll all meet again in this SEKAI one day!"
[Miku commenting about Rin's energy]
"Good, we're off to a great start! Time to move so we can get the crowd even more fired up with our interlude dance! Huh? Rin should have started moving to stage right by now."
In Vivid BAD SQUAD's SEKAI, the Street SEKAI, she and DJ Len help MEIKO run the Crase Café. They serve as advisers to Kohane and her friends. She is calm and sassy, often teasing Len on how childish he is.
"Kohane, no matter what happens or what anyone says to you, there is no need to change those feelings you already have. They are yours and nobody else's. They're precious, and I think they're worth cherishing."
[Talking to Len about wanting to try coffee]
"Hehe. There's no need to force yourself. I'm just saying there's no need to push yourself just because you don't want those two we haven't met yet to think you're too childish."
"So I just wipe these cups and put them back on the shelf, MEIKO?"
"Huh? This cup... There's a crack in it... Everything will just spill out."
"Yeah... This is giving me a bad vibe for some reason..."
In Wonderlands x Showtime's SEKAI, the Wonderland SEKAI, she works with the troupe leader, KAITO, and puts on extravagant shows with the plushies. She, like Emu, is cheerful, bright, and sometimes speaks in onomatopoeia. She aims to bring a smile to everyone's faces through performances.
"Of course they are. This world is made from your feelings and memories!"
"What matters is that you made out sad little friend happy again!"
"What a terrific story! Maybe I could play a part too!"
"And the part where Tsukasa leaps almost up to the ceiling was so awesome!"
"Heya, Emu! Hehehe! I'm here to cheer you on, just like I promised!"
"Right!? I worked really hard to make them after you left yesterday! Kaito even helped me and told me to go have fun today!"
