Project Moon Fandub
Project Overview
We will tackle all of Project Moon's games and comics in chronological order, excluding WonderLab due to some issues with the artist.
Warning: This game contains body horror, murder, and mentions of suicide and substance abuse! Though few things are explicitly shown on screen due to the game's rating, discretion is advised if these are sensitive topics!
We are primarily on Discord. We also do Project Moon related memes, and promote all of our voice actors and their accounts and works. If you join us, you are free to give yourself shout outs on our channel.
If you do not see a character listed, it is because we already have ideal candidates for them. (Roland in Ruina is taken as well, just FYI.)
Our Discord link is down below, you may join to use our audition channels, or simply to view our progress.

Hod is one of the Sefirot that works for the Facility in the upper layer, Asiyah, and is the head of the Training Team.
Hod seems endlessly helpful and cheerful. She appears to care deeply about her employees, even offering counseling for them to keep them sane. She is somewhat unsure of herself and responds well to validation from others. She wants to be acknowledged as a good Sephirah by her employees and the other Sephirah.
We would like a medium-voice on the softer side, and preferably very soothing. She's soft spoken and straight-forward. Feel free to send multiple takes in one audio file and vary it up a bit.

"Umm, I’m not very skillful in many areas, but I’ll try not to be a hindrance, at least...!"
She's dommy mommy big thi-
Ahem.
Gebura is one of the Sephirot that works for the Facility in the middle layer, Briah, and is the head of the Disciplinary Team.
Gebura has a tough and serious personality, considered more strict, aggressive or rude to most employees, even the Manager. She enforces the rules of the facility without mercy, having a great despise against cowards, employees who feel pity, and those who fear death. Along with that, she has the same disposition with Abnormalities, having a desire to make them suffer and never going 'soft' against them, as she knows the true nature of Abnormalities.
We require a rather low and gruff voice for her, as she is a rather masculine and aggressive woman.Feel free to send multiple takes in one audio file and vary it up a bit.

"Ever heard of the saying, 'silence gives consent'? Consent enough for even hot lead to be embedded in your skull?"
Chesed is one of the Sefirot that works for the Facility in the middle layer, Briah, and is the head of the Welfare Team.
Chesed is sleepy and enjoys coffee, despite the lack of a need to sleep. He is very easygoing, and lax with the members of his team, finding pride in the fact that his team has the best approval rating. Despite this, he has a rather cynical attitude, seeming to have come to terms with their eventual deaths due to being used by Angela. Previously, he was incredibly passionate and motivated, and believes that his past self would be ashamed of his current self. Chesed seeks to make members of his team comfortable before inevitable death.
This role needs a medium voice. Very chill like Netzach, but in a more friendly and open way, with a hint of playfulness to it. Chesed's tone doesn't really change at any point in the game, so he doesn't require too many shifts or variance. Feel free to send multiple takes in one audio file and vary it up a bit.

"Ah, that’s much better... I just can’t start my day without a fresh cup of coffee in the morning~"
Hokma is one of the Sephirah that works for the Facility in the bottom layer, Atziluth, and is the head of the Record Team.
Hokma is a collected person with a solemn and prudent personality. He shows a clear knowledge of time and the cycles, as well how time affect lives in many ways. Hokma shows care for A, explaining to him the work of time inside the facility while showing him that he wants to aid him while still trying to reach his goal. He is shown indifferent about the lives of others as he knows the regrets, the suffering and the fear, that inside there, are meaningless.
We need an older low-medium voice. Convey wisdom, but be less polite and more serious. Hokma is a very grim character who's still incredibly devoted to Ayin. He is also capable of being an intelligent mentor figure. Feel free to send multiple takes in one audio file and vary it up a bit.

"Time is like a scythe; it relentlessly attempts to trim, divide, and cleave in twain the clasped-together hands of those you love."
Myo is the Captain of the Rabbit Team of R Corp's Fourth Pack.
Myo has a chatty, cynical, and proud to nigh-arrogance personality. Even during combat or dangerous situations like the prospect of her pack being culled, she constantly pokes fun at those around her in a casual and relaxed way.
Nonetheless, she still holds a deep admiration for the Legendary Fixer Kali, seeing her as her own hero after being saved from a Syndicate by her when she was young.
For Myo, we need a light-medium voice. She is dynamic in her variances, such as raising pitch when agitated, or lowering it in normal conversation. She likely will not raise pitch very much in L Corp, as she is here purely on business. Feel free to send multiple takes in one audio file and vary it up a bit.

"The Rabbits have come to graze the grass."
"Cock up your ears, Rabbits. That bitch over there is the Red Mist."
"She isn’t actually an Arbiter, is she? If she is, please keep in mind that this goes against our contract"
L Corp has several unnamed employees, with whom any voice and gender will do.
Most will require you to simply speak naturally, or fit the mood of the scene. (I.E. reporting to a manager, or conveying fear at a dangerous situation) Feel free to send multiple takes in one audio file and vary it up a bit.

"Manager, I've finished the tasks you've assigned to me."
"Manager, nearly half of welfare has been wiped out!! We need orders, please!"
"It's over... There are too many.. How are we supposed to suppress them??"
We will be covering Library of Ruina, Distortion Detective, Leviathan, and Limbus Company as well.
We'll need a lot of characters for these, however they will take longer, as we are doing Lobotomy Corporation first.
Sign up here if you'd like to audition for later media. Additionally, if you were not accepted for any of the former roles, you are still free to join our Discord in the description to audition for a later character. You will most likely get a role, even if it's not a major character.
Optional: You may specifically audition for a character in your application, or just join the Discord and practice in one of our character channels. Feel free to send multiple takes in one audio file and vary it up a bit.

Pete is a Rat who appears in the same Chapter, Episode 1. He acts as the leader of his own group of Rats, with Lenny and Mang-chi. (Rats are essentially ghetto dwellers, willing to do any job or criminal act in order to get by.)
Pete is gruff and the most foul-mouthed of the trio of his group. He isn't afraid to get his hands dirty and do anything possible to chase his dream of becoming one of the Fingers.
A risk-taker, he tries to use all the options available for obtaining a good payment, climb higher the positions, and join a better Syndicate. He is aware of the many rumors of the Backstreets and can spot when things are very uncommon to just be actions of other groups.
- male adult
(Hushed and slightly panicked) "Damn it! Their footsteps are getting closer. Forget about clean cuts, just pull 'em out and take 'em!"
(Smug, normal volume) "You know my dream, right? To become one of the Fingers of the Backstreets."
(Confused & Irritated) "Hey! Is this a joke? You sure you scraped up the right stuff?!"
Lenny is a Rat appears in the same Chapter, Episode 1. She acts as the "surgeon" while gut-harvesting. She belongs to a group of Rats that is composed by her, Pete, and Mang-chi. (Rats are essentially ghetto dwellers, willing to do any job or criminal act in order to get by.)
Lenny seems to be the calmest of the Rat trio. Unafraid to shove her hands inside of living people and removing their guts with the cleanest cut possible. Other than being calm she is also very time-aware, paying immediate attention to the fact they only have 7 hours to pay a debt.
Lenny has more of a lighter voice, and tends to be rather expressive.
- female adult
- female young adult
(Strained & Confused) "I just can't seem to get a clean rip of his guts, the contents of this guy are weirdly different."
(Disturbed) "Why does he have this kinda stuff in his body-"
(Matter-Of-Fact to quiet concern) "We've got 7 hours to be exact. That's too little time for another run of gut-harvesting..."
Mang-chi is a Rat who appears in the same Chapter, Episode 1. He acts as a helping hand to the "surgeon" of the group, Lenny, during the gut-harvests. He belongs to a group of Rats that is composed by him, Pete, and the already mentioned Lenny.
Mang-chi seems to be the most afraid and nervous of the trio. He demonstrates great hesitation in going to the Library since the group is unaware of what type of foes or other dangers await them inside. In other hand he also seems to be better at paying attention to detail compared to his Rat companions, being able to notice the round orange symbol on the back of the neck of their most recent victim and how such the person didn't seem to be the type that would have tattoos, claiming that they were a "desk-working dweeb".
Mang-chi has a deeper, very timid voice. Feel free to toy with how much air you release while speaking, to convey a slight breathlessness when he's scared, but do so wisely.
- male adult
(Quite breathless with fear) "Something's off about these organs. They're looking really strange-"
(Impressed, but scared. Slight tremble to the voice at the end) "You're a bold one, Pete. Going for a gut-harvest in a territory managed by the Zwei."
(Hurriedly) "Let's sell off these guts we've hauled first."
Fixer 1 is a gruff, agitated man with few lines. The tone is relatively middle-ground to low, and quite growly and prone to raising his voice a little.
- male adult
(Very growly at the start, raise voice to sound gradually more angry.) "Foiled again. I didn't go through all the trouble of becoming a Fixer to do mundane chores like this."
Fixer 2 is a medium, mature sounding woman. Just sound natural, or slightly peeved depending on the situation.
- female adult
(Annoyed + Brief sigh after sentence 1) "You know how it is. Only a select few get to rise up in the ranks."
Finn is a Grade 9 Fixer of the small Yun’s Office. He first appears in the same Chapter, Episode 1. He works mostly small jobs like looking for lost cats.
Finn is a selfless and hopeful optimist, having the hope to become a great fixer for his sister's sake, even though he is labeled as mediocre by Yun, who he sees as a bit cold but kind enough to teach him things, which shows how Finn wants to see the best in people. Finn shows passion about his role as a Fixer but also loyalty to his Office, by choosing to report back to Yun instead of going straight to the Library to acquire its books and the money that could possibly come from the books, for himself.
Finn's voice is light-medium, and rather happy and optimistic, as well as generally warm to others.
- male young adult
(Reassuring & Cheerful) "But still, we might see the light one day if we start out with smaller tasks, don't you think?"
(Optimistic/Slightly Bouncy) "I'm sure I can move to a nicer Office or become an Associate Fixer someday if I keep working hard. Then I might-"
(Intrigued) "That's odd.. There's this envelope in my pocket. It says, 'The Invitation'."
Yun is the Operator of the small Yun’s Office. He first appears in the same Chapter, Episode 2.
Yun is a mostly cold-hearted and cynical man, but secretly still has some sympathy for his Office's workers, especially Finn, whom Yun mostly treats as a brat and even knowingly sends to his death. Despite this, he still ends up showing a limited amount of grief and regret upon finding out about his demise.
Yun has a medium tone and middle aged sounding voice. He's generally speaking coldly, quietly, and calmly.
- male adult
(Cold) "Whether they died or ran off, further lack of response means a violation of contract, and they're facing expulsion from my Office."
(Cold/Matter-Of-Factly) "And there is too little evidence to back up your claim about this "invitation"."
(Contemplating) "A door appeared out of thin air when they signed the paper, and they disappeared into that? Could be rich people's shenanigans, or a Wing experimenting with its singularity."
Eri is a Grade 8 Fixer working for Yun’s Office. She first appears in the same Chapter, Episode 3.
Eri is overly confident in herself and in her skills despite only being a Grade 8 Fixer and puts others down when she perceives them to be weaker than her.
Eri is a light-medium voice, and sounds very smug and overconfident.
- female young adult
(Smug) "Yup! So you'd better be careful. If you don't pay me well enough, I might move to another Office."
(Slight Teasing) "Heard that you're barely covering your own taxes these days, let alone the monthly rent for this Office space, am I wrong?"
(Upwards intonation at the end) "You mean the Library and the invitation you talked about earlier."
Mo is a member of the Brotherhood of Iron. Mo first appears in the same Chapter, Episode 1.
Mo is the most driven and focused of the Brotherhood of Iron, reminding his fellow Syndicate members to take care of their robot bodies and focus only on earning money, also encouraging them not to falter in pursuit of this goal. As a result, it also cares little for leisure or enjoyments in life, discarding them as distractions on its single-minded pursuit, though ultimately it does still regret "giving up all the joys of life" to an extent.
Mo has a firm, loud, medium-low voice, with a lot of stuttering. Being all mechanical, she has a very obvious robotic tone to her voice and stutters due to her augmentations. If you'd like to try and sound like a cheaply made machine, go ahead, but we will likely come up with a filter for this one, so please do a normal voice as well. :)
- female adult
"I-I like how this body doesn't have any sensory systems, but i-it's annoying to be unable to feel things like this."
"Y-You guys should regularly refill your head with brain fluid. A-A dry brain dulls your thoughts."
"Y-You moron. D-Did you already forget why we got our new bodies?!"
Arnold is a member of the Brotherhood of Iron.
Arnold is relatively focused and goal-driven towards the purpose of making money. However, he is also highly cautious, aware of the dangers of his life, though he tries to stay level-headed.
Arnold has a calmer, slightly deeper voice. He stutters as a result of his shoddy augmentations, and his voice drifts a little, due to having an improperly moisturized brain. If you'd like to try and sound like a cheaply made machine, go ahead, but we will likely come up with a filter for this one, so please do a normal voice as well. :)
- male adult
"I-I knew I've been feeling so hazy these days."
"I-I think we should go for a workshop. W-Workshops are rich, and they have useful components, too."
"W-we came here for loot, but what if that piece of paper was all a lie? Maybe we were too naive. "
Consta is a member of the Brotherhood of Iron. Consta appears in Episode 1 of the same Chapter.
Consta is the most easily distracted member of the Brotherhood of Iron, with his thoughts often trailing off to the topic of food, even during the midst of completely unrelated conversation topics. He is also somewhat naive in the hope that their Syndicate can be quickly recognized as a group to be feared.
Consta is a higher pitched/younger sounding male voice, and sounds naive and optimistic. As a result of his shoddy augmentation, he stutters a bit. If you'd like to try and sound like a cheaply made machine, go ahead, but we will likely come up with a filter for this one, so please do a normal voice as well. :)
- male young adult
"W-Where are we going to rob this time?"
"H-How about an Office? W-We should earn some infamy if we take down an Office or two."
"B-but it's still uncomfortable. I-I know I don't have to eat anymore, but I keep thinking about all the tasty things I had before, and it makes me want to taste them again."
McCullin is a Fixer of the brutal Hook Office. He first appears in the same Chapter, Episode 1.
McCullin is a calm man but still baleful and quite serious, and he shares a firm bond of camaraderie among his colleagues.
McCullin has a deep and rough voice, with a hint of a growl at times.
- male adult
"My whole body's still aching from our last job."
"Yup. The new weapon you got from the workshop was a real killer, that's for sure."
"We didn’t start out as Fixers at the beginning. No, we were in fact part of a homicidal Syndicate. Just see how intimidating we look. "
Taein is a Fixer of the brutal Hook Office. He first appears in the same Chapter, Episode 1.
Taein is mostly an impatient person, being cold and arrogant to other around him except for his colleagues. He seems to appreciate and be quite knowledgeable about bionic technology, stating their benefits and how it's a safe choice when one can't find a procedure or equipment that suits them well.
Taein has a medium, soft voice, though not friendly. He also sounds somewhat amused.
- male young adult
"That's lasting longer than I thought. Still, yesterday was wild, wasn't it?"
"Come on, don't be such a killjoy. You're the one who went on the biggest rampage in the end."
"Former members of a killer Syndicate, now registered to an Office and doing Fixer work… Life really is full of surprises, isn’t it? "
Naoki is a Fixer of the brutal Hook Office. She first appears in the same Chapter, Episode 1.
Naoki is mostly a calm person outside of combat but once before a foe she will become rapidly hostile and probably go on a rampage, she is also very thoughtful, being aware of how peculiar the Office she works for is and quickly finding a good reason as to why. She also seems quite knowledgeable about Workshop equipment and what precautions should be taken before buying anything such as one doing their own research about it.
Naoki has a light voice, with a hint of an aggressive tone.
- female adult
"You don't say. You got way too excited with it and things spiraled out of control."
"We had to kill 20 more people than planned thanks to you."
"As long as we’re working as Fixers, it’s not good to raise more trouble than necessary."
*Say something you think would fit*
Isadora is a Fixer of Section 6 of the Zwei Association's Southern Branch. She is first heard in the introduction story of Urban Myth, and is formally introduced during Urban Legend, in Episode 1 of the Zwei Assocation.
Isadora tries to remain impassive and professional as an Associate Fixer, acting strictly by-the-book even to those she considers close friends. Nevertheless, she is highly reliable both in her work and to her friends, and will work as hard as possible within official capability to help them. Despite her seemingly harsh attitude, she is also easily flustered by her friends.
Isadora has a very direct and strict voice, on the lighter side.
- female adult
"So far, we have two Urban Plagues, 'Laundry of Dreams' and 'Yesterday's Promise'; and one Urban Legend, 'The Church of Gears'."
"Oh, and 'The Library', a recently appointed Urban Myth is also on the list of possible sources."
"I-I said I'm just doing my job. It's not like I'm doing you a favor or anything."
Pierre is the owner of Pierre’s Bistro from District 23. She cooks and prepares new dishes using human flesh as the main ingredient but also hunt her ingredients with the help of her sous-chef Jack when they are unable to receive any meat from their vendors.
Pierre is a sadist that doesn't seem to be afraid of speaking her mind. Despite her sadistic tendencies, she tries to be very polite to others. Pierre also shows a deep sense of care for her sous-chef Jack and tried to keep her promise to him until the end and wishes that both of them become part of 'The Eight Chefs'.
Pierre's voice is generally light and cheerful sounding.
- female adult
"Nope, not this, that won't do either- I can't seem the find the one that strikes me with inspiration!"
"Welcome, Jack~! Dishes are one thing, but we're running way too short on ingredients these days."
"'The Musicians of Bremen' say they're no longer selling ingredients to us."
Jack is the sous-chef of Pierre’s Bistro from District 23. He cooks and prepares dishes using human flesh as the main ingredient but also hunt his ingredients with the help of the Bistro's owner Pierre when they're unable to receive any meat from their vendors.
Jack has a calm temperament and is careful when hunting ingredients to insure that they don't get bruised and lower their quality value.
Although being a cannibal and probably a sadist, he is loyal to Pierre who he has a lot of respect for, to the point he wishes to help her achieve her dream of becoming part of 'The Eight Chefs' and tries to keep his promise to her until the end.
Jack has a deep, calm, and cheerful voice.
- male adult
"Hey there, Pierre~ Brought you some fresh ones this time."
"They got bruised a bit too hard, but they're still breathing."
"What, busy developing a new dish?"
Lulu is a Fixer of the Streetlight Office. She first appears in the same Chapter, Episode 1.
Lulu has an explosive temperament, often exploding at her co-worker and potential love interest, Mars; although she often screams and insults him, she still cares for him on the inside. She is also a very well-connected social butterfly, being surrounded by various trusty friends and claiming that her great connections will get her far in her Fixer career.
Lulu has a rather light voice, with a wide range of emotions, though she usually just sounds annoyed with her co-workers.
- female young adult
(Annoyed/Disappointed) "Ahh~ Why is our Office so unpopular with clients."
(Annoyed/Disappointed) "Our Office is officially designated by the Zwei Association as an affiliate, too."
"And the crime rate of territories secured by the Streetlight Office remains at a remarkable 0% as long as the contract is in effect!!!"
Mars is a Fixer of the Streetlight Office. He first appears in the same Chapter, Episode 1.
Mars has a calm temperament, maintaining his cool while Lulu made a great fuss over him disposing of her cake even though it would expire that day. On the inside, Mars tends to hold in and hide some of his feelings, be it sadness when he did not meet other's expectations or his romantic feelings for Lulu.
Mars has a deeper and calmer voice, though he still sounds somewhat youthful.
- male young adult
"We only cover two blocks of space at most, though."
"And we'll eventually get work if we wait."
"Never thought you'd have what it takes to work for a bigger Office."
San is the Operator of Streetlight Office. He first appears in the same Chapter, Episode 1.
San is a calm individual and cool headed most of the time, but once the situation becomes alarming, his cowardly nature gets the best of him, making San usually flee the location. He also has a strong bond with his two old friends, Isadora and Julia, and his co-workers, Lulu and Mars, whom he calls his juniors and holds a great sense of responsibility for, to the point of barging into Zwei HQ to beg Isadora, Julia and the Zwei Association for help retriving his junior's books from the Library.
San has a light-medium, calm voice.
- male adult
"Guys, I have work for you."
"Fighting again, are you.."
(Sigh) "I'll get you another cake, so calm down for a moment, alright?"
Kalo is a Sottocapo of The Thumb. He is first introduced once the Library reaches the Urban Legend rank, his appearance and name are kept hidden from the player (but his portrait can be viewed through the convo log).
While Kalo seems stoic in attitude, he is very strict and brutal, willing to harm his own subordinates as punishment for trivial mistakes through the mutilation of a body part. Kalo deeply values attitude and hierarchy, believing anyone with a position below him has no right to speak to him unless he requests them to do so, but through such belief, he will also follow every order given by his superiors without a second thought. He will also grant a more severe punishment to those who question his superiors' actions.
Kalo has a deeper voice, with a slight rumble to the tone, and speaks slowly and powerfully.
- male adult
"Tell me, who do you think will be the one to get through all this mist and claim the collapsed Nest in the end?"
"Well said. The Middle, the Ring, and the Pinky seem to be too occupied with their own business to take part in this strife, so that's a relief."
Katriel is a Capo of The Thumb. She first appears in The Thumb Episode 1 and appears again in The Thumb Episode 2. She is also presumed to be talking to Kalo during the Urban Legend hidden cutscene about the Library's factor in the collapse of L Corp's nest.
Katriel has a mature, medium voice and speaks calmly.
- female adult
"It's hard for me to predict the outcome of this event, underboss. It has been a while since we were involved in a bloodshed of this scale."
"However, it is certain that we should not allow the Index to take over the yolk."
"Have you heard of 'The Library', a recently appointed Urban Legend?"
Julia is a Fixer in Section 6 of the Zwei Association's Southern Branch. She first appears in the same chapter, Episode 1.
Julia is a kind and soft hearted individual that doesn't lose her cool and cares a lot about her friends. She shows a great sense of empathy for San when he begs her and Isadora for help and a greater wish to help him out even thought she knew the Association was not going to give out any support. Julia also adores Isadora's reactions when she gets nervous or flustered.
Julia has a light and soft voice.
- female adult
"Isadora, please- Let's help him out just once. Could we at least request our superiors for a review of this case?"
"But I'm responsible for this case, and-"
"And the association is responsible for it, too."
Gyeong-mi is a member of the Stray Dogs. He first appears in the same Chapter, Episode 1.
Gyeong-mi is a hot-headed, crass, and arrogant brute who easily loses his temper and flies into a violent rampage. He does not care to listen to others or their advice, and is confident that his strength can overcome his enemies. Gyeong-mi also places a large amount of respect on promises, and is severely angered if they are broken.
He has a light-medium voice and sounds very coarse and angry usually.
- male adult
(Context: This is in between punches) "Bastards! Like! You! Need! Some! Beating!"
"…These sons of bitches… needed to understand what the weight of a promise is. "
"It’s! About! Sending! A damn! Message!"
Dino is a member of the Stray Dogs. He first appears in the same Chapter, Episode 1.
Between himself, Gyeong-mi, and Zulu, Dino is the most level-headed and analytical, to a cautious degree. He tries to avoid actions done out of blind rage and also tries to stop the others (namely Gyeong-mi) from doing so. Dino is also highly self-assured against enemies who he views as weaker than him.
Dino has a medium voice, and sounds a bit crass.
- male adult
"That’s enough, Gyeong-mi. Beating them to death won’t do us any good."
"District 22 may be our turf, and these chumps you’re beating to a pulp may be from Zwei’s Section 6, but we’re talking about an Association here…"
"We’re gonna be in even bigger trouble if you kill ‘em all."
Zulu (줄루, Jullu) is a member of the Stray Dogs. He first appears in the same Chapter, Episode 1.
Zulu is a relatively calm but also cynical individual who dislikes unnecessary brutality and considers consequences before taking action.
Zulu has a gruff, deep voice.
- male adult
"We shed blood gathering intel on the Distortion for that bastard Walter, and this is how he repays us? "
"Their leader was an inhuman freak, alright…"
"At least Walter was a sensible one. Maybe something happened to him."
Rain is a Fixer working for the Molar Office. He first appears in the same Chapter, Episode 1.
Rain is stern and somewhat skeptical, disapproving of his "Big Sis" Olga's antics due to his knowledge of the problems she often causes for their Office. Because of this, he tries to act strict and courteous to make up for Olga's lackluster moments, also nagging her to be more responsible.
Rain has a light and soft voice, albeit stern at times.
- male young adult
"Big Sis, you’ve seen the message from T Corp, right?"
"Sigh… Just how much did you drink this time?"
"And what’s this? This receipt says…"
Olga is the Operator of Molar Office. She appears in the same Chapter, Episode 1.
Olga is a carefree and even careless person whose competence as a Fixer is tempered by her impulsiveness and further by her rampant alcoholism, much to the dismay of her Office subordinates, especially Rain. This leads to much bickering between them when they try to point out and compensate for her mistakes, though she still cares for them and even regards them as partners.
Olga has a medium, mature voice, and sounds a little ditzy/drunk.
- female adult
"…Wha? When’d we get that…"
"Oh bugger, I’m ‘boutta vom… "
"Oi Rain, my head’s still ringing from the hangover, so keep the lecture for later, yeah? Maybe in an hour or so."
Mika is a Fixer working for the Molar Office. She first appears in the same Chapter, Episode 1.
Mika is a calm, quiet, and logical individual, keeping a relatively straight composure and staying observant even in uncertain circumstances. She is not as strict or questioning as Rain, but still occasionally nags Olga about her irresponsible nature.
Mika has a very light and soft voice.
- female adult
"She threw a huge drinking party with her friends from the same corner of the Backstreets last night."
"They occupied the whole pub and got wasted all night, I heard."
"Seems it’s our turn now."
Please use a medium, customer service voice for this, with no emotion.
- female adult
"Thank you for utilizing WARP’s services as always."
"The next train departing is WARP train UW-212. "
"All passengers please check your pass and make sure you are in the correct carriage for travel. And remember: Watch for it. Warn us. We’ll all be good."

Merry seems to call for Tommy when they merged together as Tomerry.
Merry has a very light and gentle/soft voice.
- female young adult
"Oh you. You’re clinging onto me like a baby."
(Worried) "That’s strange… It shouldn’t take any longer than that…"
(Sorta shrill, very scared.) "Tommy! Wake up! This is bad!!"
Tommy is an ordinary city citizen who took a Warp Train to go on vacation with their lover, Merry. He first appears in Urban Legend 2.2, Molar Office Episode 1.

Tommy is hesitant to be merged with Merry, but chooses to in the end.
Tommy has a light and soft voice, he usually sounds anxious or outright scared, depending.
- male young adult
(Worried) "I thought WARP trains were supposed to arrive in just ten seconds?"
"Why are we worrying about W Corp? We’re all going to starve to death trapped inside this train!!!"
"Did… Did that person… just slice off their own throat…?"
Thelma is the general manager of the Shi Association Southern Branch
Thelma has a medium-dark voice, and sounds professional.
- male adult
"I know, that was the deal."
"What do you want this time?"
"…These are all ridiculous requests."
Ugh, my brother.
Argalia , also known as Uberto, is a Color Fixer with the title of The Blue Reverberation. Becoming the leader and "Conductor" of the Reverberation Ensemble, he serves as the primary antagonist of Library of Ruina. He is first heard in the introduction story of Urban Plague and is formally introduced during the Episode of Full-Stop Office.
As described by Roland, Argalia is a "certified lunatic" whose attitude and actions are unpredictable, having "lost it" after the death of his sister Angelica. He is highly charismatic, always appearing to be calm, amicable, and soft-spoken, easily manipulating opponents and swaying potential allies to his side. When he holds the advantage, he openly mocks his victims and opponents in the same playful manner, only rarely revealing his actual cold and callous attitude towards them.
Argalia cares a lot for his sister and regards her with love; his plan to seize the Library's Light is motivated by his desire to come to terms with Angelica's death. At the same time, he also views Angelica's husband as a violent brute who took her away from him undeservingly from the very start of their marriage.
Argalia has a light-medium voice, and speaks rather whimsically, as if perpetually amused. Feel free to get theatric with this voice, but be sure it's not overkill! :D

"Thelma, dear. It’s all thanks to me that you could keep your position as head of the southern branch, so maybe you should return some of that favor, no?"
"I want your crew to take care of the things on this list. I think I might be able to locate it soon enough."
"See? I’m a very considerate person, Thelma."
Beta is a Tailor operating as a member of the The Carnival.
Beta appears to be the least thoughtful of the three Carnival members, more concerned about finding tasty prey and making fine silk than anything else. Beta's voice is also the highest and youngest-sounding of the three.
Beta sounds androgynous, but kinda feminine in how high pitched it is.
For the Carnival, I highly recommend checking out 01:53:16 of this video, because they speak in a very unique way. We will handle their filter, unless you have a good one that sounds similar.

"Taste of Sweepers never cease to surprise?"
"Reminded of taste of Fixer we ate. Was soft? Was happy."
"Because we must spin more silk?"
Gamma is a Tailor operating as a member of the The Carnival.
Gamma appears to be the most inquisitive and cautious of The Carnival trio. Gamma possesses a male voice which sounds the least mechanical of the trio. His voice is a medium pitch.

"Always disgusting in new ways? Never realized there could be so many flavors of filth."
"Hard to eat, but tasty? Produced good silk. Was satisfied."
"What if Mother of Sweepers move before we finish."
Alpha is a Tailor operating as a member of The Carnival.
Alpha appears to be the most composed and level-headed of the Carnival, urging the other two Carnival members to focus on their Prescript and not complain or deviate. Alpha's voice is constantly pitch-modulated, and Alpha is seen to be the first to deliver greetings to each visitor or new face the Carnival encounters during their story episode.
Alpha kind of sounds like Glados, medium voice.

"Must feed on Sweepers for another week."
"Index gave such Prescript."
"We hunt. And feast? Must weave cloth."
Sayo is a captain of the Kurokumo Clan.
Sayo is a cunning and ruthless woman and clan leader. She has strong business sense, entrusted to carry out delivery of Nuovo Fabric to the Thumb , as well as producing income through 'protection' rackets that force Nest dwellers to pay a fee, else they face violent mutilation. Sayo is rather merciless, likely a mindset she adopted growing up in the Backstreets "covered in filth and blood". Though her policies are extreme, she understands her strength and decides to back away from fighting the lone Index messenger, knowing he would overpower her. However she still challenges formidable enemies to duel, such as the L'heure du Loup, to which she loses, and accepts the terms to go to the Library or face death.
Sayo has a medium voice with a sultry and smug tone.
- female adult
"Oh no. This won’t do."
"If you’re out of money, then you shouldn’t have asked for more protection from us, no?"
"Please do. These people will have to become accustomed to the rules of the Backstreets soon enough.
Nest Dweller 1 is a medium male voice who sounds very nasally.
- male adult
"But ma’am, we don’t have any cash left to offer you…"
"We aren’t safe here, either. Thugs could break in at any moment…"
"Please have mercy on us… You can’t be such heartless people…"
Nest Dweller 2 has a medium female voice.
- female adult
"But the outside is covered in fog. We don’t know what’s out there… We’ll get killed…"
"We didn’t ask for this, you people came into our house all of a sudden and threatened us to pay protection money…"
"The Nest fell so suddenly…"
Yang is a henchman of the Kurokumo Clan.
Yang is a loyal subordinate to Sayo in the Kurokumo Clan. He has little sympathy for nest-dwellers, readily carrying out orders of mutilation without hesitation, and even making light of the situation by responding, "Yes, dame~" when given the order. He's rather sadistic in how he carries out 'punishments', though his methods hardly differ from the likes of Sayo or Gin who are equally unmerciful.
Yang has a medium, smug voice.
- male adult
"Oh, give me a break… Nest life must be too engraved in your heads to get where you stand right now."
"I thought maybe we could expect better from the household with the highest income around here."
"We could take one arm from each."
- male adult
"Sayo, shall we cut one off?"
"Hey, consider this a free lesson for you."
"Got your arms first."
Tanya is a Distortion known as L'Heure du Loup and a member of The Reverberation Ensemble.
Tanya has a deep and threatening voice, like a mafia member.
- female adult
"Sup fellas? Got some gains with your business?"
"Funny, innit? Laugh while you can."
"Let’s see, we have around a hundred Kurokumo punks ‘ere."
Eileen is the leader of the Church of Gears, a cult which aims to give purpose to Cityfolk by converting their bodies into gears, contributing to a grand purpose. Her assassination from the Full-Stop Office is intercepted by Argalia, who then recruits her to join the The Reverberation Ensemble, taking the role as the harp
Eileen is extremely manipulative and charismatic to other people, especially of those in desperation. She insists on gears being the most effective way of operating things, and how civilizations should act too. Her philosophy is about the inefficiency and pains of being lost in life with a lack of purpose and how if people can become gears, they can find purpose and fulfill their roles they were predestined for in life, although her means of accomplishing this is unethical.
Eileen has a soft, medium voice, and takes on a priestly tone.
- female adult
"Salutations, everyone. Let us begin with today’s worship session."
"It appears that we have a new worshipper."
"What concerns have brought you here to our oratory?"
Worshipper 1 has a medium, soft male voice.

…I don’t think I can continue living in this city anymore. It’s too much for me.
Everything is so dreary. And so is my life.
I wake up at 6 in the morning, go to work by 8, and do the same work with the same face every single day.
Tamaki is a Fixer working for the Full-Stop Office. She first appears in the same Chapter, Episode 1.
- female adult
So that’s Eileen, cult leader of the ‘Church of Gears’…
They get smarter by plugging gears on the back of their heads, apparently?
Those “thought gears” on her head are spinning like crazy.
Stephan is a Fixer working for the Full-Stop Office. He first appears in the same Chapter, Episode 1.
Unlike the other known members of Full-Stop Office, he has a nervous demeanor and cynical outlook. He quickly loses hope in a situation if it becomes to overwhelming.
He has a light and soft tone, and varies tone to be cynical or nervous.
- male adult
I’ve seen all kinds of gears in my life, but “thought gears” are new to me.
That’s a load of horseshit.
Alright, let’s see. Director Yujin from the Shi Association asked us to…
Liwei is a Fixer working for the Full-Stop Office. He first appears in the same Chapter, Episode 1.
He has a darker and calmer tone.
- male adult
This must be the rumored ritual of theirs.
I didn’t quite expect the director of Shi Association’s Section 2 to personally give our Office a request. Something strange might be up.
Wait for my sign…
Philip was a Grade 5 Fixer of the Dawn Office. However, after somehow escaping the Library, he would go on to become a member of the Reverberation Ensemble as a Distortion known as The Crying Children.
When first seen, Philip has a meek and reserved demeanor, mostly out of respect and subservience for his superiors. When complimented or asked for an opinion, he tends to be laconic, speaking few words compared to everyone else around him. This, however, hints at Philip's feelings of inferiority, believing he's not fit for his grade as a Fixer and he's simply being carried through by Salvador's benevolence and is barely tolerated in his Office. When the Dawn Office falls at the hands of the Library and is ordered to run away by Salvador, he takes it as a test to see if he had the courage to fight along them to the end, but ultimately escapes, something that solidified his opinion of himself as cowardly and selfish.
His tone is medium-light, and soft.
- male adult
I’ve prepared your usual tea, master.
Thank you for the compliment, sir.
What is the news you received from your old friend, if I may ask?
Salvador was the Operator of the Dawn Office.
Salvador is a kind old man who works alongside Philip and Yuna at the Dawn Office. He's blunt with his feelings as shown by his disinterest in Walter, stating that he never had the potential to be a capable man, had one-dimensional thoughts, and had a habit of making rhetorical questions, which Salvador found to be annoying. He shares a kinship with Philip and Yuna, making a joke stating how Philip's ssanghwa-cha expertise would have made him a Grade 1 Fixer and gotten a color.
His tone is dark, soft, and elderly.
- male adult
Good grief, this is what I must hear from my old friend…
This tea has a strong aroma and taste today. I like it.
Philip, have you heard of ‘The Library’?
- female adult
Eugh, I’m sick of this smell of ssanghwa-cha… It’s even stronger today?
Hey, Philip. Looks like you’re getting better at making tea day by day, huh?
Cut it out with that awkward smile. You didn’t join our Office to make tea all day.
Dalloc is a Fixer working for the Gaze Office. She appears in the same Chapter in Episode 1. She works alongside both Bono and Alloc.
Dalloc is the least talkative of the Gaze fixers, mostly speaking only when necessary, or to try to get Bono to concentrate on their mutual goal.
She has a medium-dark voice and calm demeanor.
- female adult
Confirmed the Molar Office boarding the train.
It’s a deal offered by Cane Office, so we can probably trust this.
The WARP train is departing in five minutes.
Alloc is the Operator of Gaze Office. He appears in the same Chapter in Episode 1. He works alongside both Bono and Dalloc.
Alloc is the operator of the Gaze Office, and naturally, he is the leader of the two other fixers. He is determined on finishing the job he was assigned, even going so far as to risk his life in order to retrieve Molar Office's books for information on W Corp's singularity, and what happened to them in the train.
He has a darker and harder tone.
- male adult
You made sure to attach the observation device on them?
Bono, how’s the observation going?
I hope we can find some leads at least…
Bono is a Fixer working for the Gaze Office. He appears in the same Chapter in Episode 1. He works alongside both Dalloc and Alloc.
His voice is darker and rougher.
- male adult
Dalloc’s helping me out, but it ain’t easy.
I know it’s a bit late to ask this, but you sure this job is a trusty one?
If we get caught trying to uncover the secrets of a Singularity, we’re done for. No insurance is gonna protect us.
Elena , otherwise known as The Blood-red Night is a Bloodfiend that within the City that existed long before the White Night and Dark Days.
Her voice is light, soft, and kind when she's in disguise, and takes on a more malicious and sinister tone when she's no longer disguised.
Ah, I already heard your name from your lover, in case you’re wondering.
I’m Elena, currently working as a nurse.
And this is Jae-heon, a doctor from our hospital.
Jae-heon , otherwise known as The Puppeteer, is a Distortion and a member of The Reverberation Ensemble, taking the role of Second Violin.
Like all other members of the Ensemble, Jae-heon is sadistic and thinks little of others' lives other than entertainment or means to an end. This is a sentiment that that is more intense towards the wealthy, despising them for their ignorance towards the lives of the people in the Backstreets and blaming them for the death of his son.
His voice is medium dark, and quiet. He remains this way even when not disguised.
- male adult
…A pleasure to meet you.
Not at all. This kind of malfunction should surely be fatal to W Corp’s image. I
t’s strange that they haven’t made any response for this long.
Passenger 1 (male) has a medium voice with a gruff and frenzied tone, given that he's trying to off himself.
Passenger 2 (male) has a medium-dark voice with a rough tone.
Passenger 3 (male) has a dark voice with a hard tone.
Passenger 4 (female) has a medium-dark voice and panicked tone.
"They’re breaking into other carriages and ravaging people’s bodies, like… They were playing with them like toys..."
Passenger 5 (female) has a medium voice and panicked tone.
"Miss Elena! Jae-heon, sir! What can we do… What if they attacked my younger siblings?"
Passenger 6 (male) has a medium voice and sounds stuffy.
"Can you show us a way, Jae-heon?"
- female adult
- male adult
(P1) L…luhk at this… Kahkh. My neckh iith barely danggrgling and I’m sthill aiive…
(P2) It’s all thanks to Elena and Jae-heon. It’s not just us, everyone in the six adjacent carriages seems to be counting on those two.
(P3) It really is… They’re so professional and collected, it’s reassuring to have them around.
Meow is a member of the Musicians of Bremen. She is one of the four founding members of the Syndicate, and the only one who did not leave.
She has a light voice with a normal tone.
- female adult
Yawn~ Today’s performance isn’t going too well.
Are you still bothered by what Heehaw said?
Oink, if you keep getting distracted by petty concerns like that and half-ass your part, I’m gonna use you as my instrument.
MuMu is a member of The Musicians of Bremen, appearing in the same Chapter.
His voice is light-medium and soft spoken.
- male adult
Oink! You gotta keep the beat.
District 9 is the sacred ground for music! It’s the homeland of ‘The Pianist’!
Just shake off all of your worries with the exciting music~
Oink is a member of the Musicians of Bremen.
Oink has a medium voice and sounds stuffy and, well, piglike.
- male adult
Come on, man… I’m doing my best here.
Of course I am…
This might be our last performance ever if we go to the Library…
Pamela is a Fixer of the Wedge Office. She first appears in the same Chapter, Episode 1.
Pamela has a aloof personality but is more willing to give Philip comfort than the other member. She is the one that gave Pameli her cloned body as a way to save her. Though the relationship with Pameli still is sour as they were willing to fight when Pameli started to complain extensively.
Her voice is medium, with a soft tone.
- female child
Help yourself. You’re gonna starve to death if you don’t eat anything.
No wonder, your Office got wiped out. You should harden your heart, still.
I didn’t do anything. It was all Pameli.
Pameli is a Fixer of the Wedge Office. She first appears in the same Chapter, Episode 1.
Pameli has a bright yet disrespectful tone causing conflict with others, especially Pamela. In fact, she is particularly ungrateful for the body that Pameli give her and instead, tries to incite a fight with her before Oliver, Boss of Wedge Office, deescalate. Otherwise, another example could be seen with her attitude to Philip, sharing no sympathy for his loss and quickly trying to get him to move on.
She has a rather light voice as well.
- female child
Do you think it was your fault?
Then it’s your fault.
You were too daft and weak to keep the others safe. It’s your fault that everyone died.
Oscar is the Operator of the Wedge Office. He first appears in the same Chapter, Episode 1.
His voice is medium dark and mature sounding, as well as calm.
- male adult
ey, kids. Don’t bully that boy too hard now.
Alright, Philip. Feeling well enough to talk now?
I’m sorry we couldn’t help. We were in the middle of handling a case of the Distortion in the streets of District 12.
