The Chorus Team Leader will demonstrate strong leadership qualities, effectively managing and guiding a team of 5-9 individuals. This role involves direct participation in chorus lines and requires a proactive approach to administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will balance team coordination with hands-on involvement in performance aspects, ensuring smooth operations and high standards in both leadership and administrative responsibilities.

The Assistant Director will be a key support role, acting as the right hand to the Director. This volunteer position requires a blend of musical theory knowledge, passion, drive, and a strong inclination for experimentation and idea generation. The ideal candidate will contribute to the creative and logistical aspects of the production, enhancing the overall vision and execution of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the Director to brainstorm and develop innovative ideas for the production, contributing to artistic decisions and exploring new creative approaches.

2. Musical Support: Utilize musical theory knowledge to assist with the arrangement, interpretation, and execution of musical elements in the production. Provide input on musical choices and ensure alignment with the overall vision.

3. Rehearsal Assistance: Support the Director in managing rehearsals, offering guidance to performers, and ensuring that all aspects of the production are rehearsed thoroughly and effectively.

4. Idea Development: Engage in idea hopping and experimentation to discover fresh and dynamic approaches to the production. Bring enthusiasm and a willingness to explore unconventional concepts.

5. Organizational Support: Assist with logistical tasks, including scheduling, coordinating with team members, and ensuring that all aspects of the production run smoothly.

6. Feedback and Evaluation: Provide constructive feedback to performers and crew, helping to refine and enhance the quality of the production. Participate in evaluations and adjustments as needed.
