Princess Jellyfish Abridged
Project Overview
Hello, everyone! This casting call is for Princess Jellyfish Abridged.
The main character is Zucchini Kurashita, an egotistic otaku who's obsessed with jellyfish! She's joined by Kurako and Shoe, who may or may not be in love with her. a demon who sucks out the souls of old men, a Thomas the Tank Engine fanatic, and many other kooky characters.
There is going to be quite a bit of LGBT+ content in PJA, so if that makes you uncomfortable, please don't audition.
Requirements:
-Good mic quality (we must be able to hear your voice clearly and easily, with little to no background noise, static, etc.)
-Ability to send lines in on time (usually you will have 2 or more weeks to record for each episode. If you are sick or otherwise unable to record, please let us know)

For his voice, we would like any pitch or tone, as long as he sounds like a "pretty boy," or sort of stuck-up.

For his voice, we would like a medium to low pitch, similar to how he sounds in the English dub.

This audition is just for Mayaya's understudy, as I will most likely be playing her. However, if something happens or I decide not to play her, then you will have the part. If you are cast in this role, you will also be cast as an extra.
For her voice, we would like a medium to medium-low voice. She speaks quietly at times and shouts at others. She doesn'thave much of an in-between.

For his voice, we would like a medium to lower tone, with a suave, aristocratic voice. You must be able to say ridiculous things without wavering from this.

The main character and the youngest of the cast. She is obsessed with jellyfish and thinks they’re “so ugly, they’re cute!” She has a crush on Shoe and also on Kurako. In PJA, she is louder and more obnoxious than her original personality, but not overly so.
For her voice, we would like a medium voice, similar to her dub voice. We are open to interpretation.
When I was little, my mom used to take me to see the jellyfish in the aquarium. She always used to tell me that all girls grew up and blossomed into beautiful princesses. And you know what? She was right.
