Project Overview
In a strange cocktail bar, a mischievous bartender turns each customer’s request into an absurd custom drink, sending them into surreal fantasies.
Pour Chioces is a student budget animated short film about bartending and cocktails. The film will be around 3:30 seconds long, and is expected to be completed in May 2027.
For the composer , I am hoping to have the final score completed around January, depending on the production schedule. The score will need to support the full film, including the main jazzy bar atmosphere, character-specific mood shifts, fantasy sequences, and comedic timing.
I have attached my animatic, which includes my own scratch voice acting audio and a rough music vibe as reference.Because of the film’s timing, the voice acting may need to be delivered at a relatively fast pace to match the current timecode.
Voice Actor
A young adult bartender with an adult nonbinary androgynous voice. Carami is confident, sarcastic, charming, and mischievous, serving customers with a calm smile and a sharp sense of humor.

A dramatic, heartbroken young woman who has just been dumped. Sadie has a loud, emotional, and tearful voice, and the role requires a performer who is comfortable crying, wailing, and being very expressive.
Approximately 1 Lines but the role also requires whimpering, Loud cry, sobbing, laughing, and other emotional vocal noises.

An adult male customer who is cocky, flirty, self-important, and convinced he is extremely sexy and charming. His voice should be sharp and slightly squeaky, like a cartoon mouse villain, but he tries to lower it to sound seductive and flirty, making him sound ridiculous.
Approximately 3 Lines but the role also requires panicked screaming and vomiting noises.

Musician
I am looking for a composer to create an original score for my animated short film, around 3:30 long. The main style should be a jazzy bar melody with a retro early 2000s cartoonvibe. The music will need many emotional shifts, as each customer brings a different mood and fantasy sequence. The score should also include Mickey Mousing to match character actions, comedy beats, and emotional changes.
