Pokemon Edelweiss (Round 2)
Project Overview
(This is the second round of auditions for a project currently in the works! Included is an example of what the final product looks like.)
Hello, my name is Jaydreamer! Ever since 2018, I've been working on a Pokemon fan project I like to call "the Askosverse", a project that features new characters, Pokemon, and stories, all inspired by my love for the franchise. This new entry into the 'verse is the CONCLUSION of all these years of work, so it's bigger and better than ever!
"Pokemon Edelweiss" is set within the Delwis region, based upon the country of Portugal! The story and characters take a lot of inspiration from the country, its culture, and its history. And as with my two previous regions, I'd like to bring this project to life with the help of voice actors for all of the characters the story introduces!
What do I need to do?
A) Make sure you read everything about the characters first! I've tried my best to describe their personality and what voice they should preferably have.
B) Make sure your microphone quality is up to scratch - no pops, whistles, or muffled audio. And please leave your audio largely unedited and as crisp as possible!
C) Having a Discord account is mandatory for this project, as it will be the main form of communication for this project.
D) Feel free to try and give your own spin on the character - I'd love to hear your take on their voice and possibly find something that I never would have imagined before!
E) Keep in mind that this is an unpaid project, and is somewhat long-form - it'll take at least a year to complete.

Celesfowl is one of the Mythical Pokemon of the Delwis region, who travels the region in search of a cure for his friend, Xanmoura. Several other Pokemon refer to him as the "Prince of Delwis" - this doesn't mean he's callous, though. Celesfowl is kind and forgiving, albeit refined and no-nonsense.

(pleading) I know you regret losing Linus. I know you regret not being able to save him…I do too. But you can’t let that guilt consume you forever.
(proud) You did well, young Prince.
(serious) I gave you a “second chance”. There’s no more “second chances” after this. If you die again…you’re dead for good.
Xanmoura is a Pokemon who has been put under a curse - a spell that keeps her within a perpetual state of grief. Though, throughout the story, this spell is broken, revealing a meek, but relaxed and caring Pokemon. She travels the region in order to find a "prodigy" to share her songs with...that is, IF the curse is broken.

"Eighty" is a male Stelternal - one half of a pair of Mythical Pokemon tasked with keeping the evil Grimayce at bay. It's said that in a past life, Eighty used to be a Prince - and this comes through in his manner of speech, as he's very regal, even compared to Celesfowl. He takes great offense to anybody who messes with his partner, "Thirty".

(determined) I concur! The sooner we find Thirty, the better!
(annoyed) Leaving me in the cold for a few hours was never going to do all that much…
"Thirty" is a female Stelternal - one half of a pair of Mythical Pokemon tasked with keeping the evil Grimayce at bay. It's said that in a past life, Thirty used to be a Princess - though, she speaks rather casually, which has thrown doubt to this theory. She's very doting towards her partner "Eighty", and is head-over-heels in love with him. If allowed, she'd probably ramble about him for hours.

(concerned) Grimayce is, well...they're not exactly our enemy, but they're not exactly our friend either.
