PLEASE BE AWARE WHEN AUDITIONING IF YOU GET ACCEPTED YOUR CHARACTER MAY APPEAR IN OTHER SERIES I AM STARTING. Also please check for updates! I will be adding roles to audition for as time goes on. Also, I will be constantly extending the deadline because I want this project on the front page. There is no real due date for the project unless I say there is.
What is the timeframe for when the series will start?
If all goes well, should start uploading by Jan/Feb 2022.
What is the plot about?
"If something costs you peace? It's too expensive and my relationship with my parents is far from cheap."How would you feel if your life revolved around money so much, to the point your parents were willing to sell you off for quick cash?
Well that's exactly how Reikanara and Asher feel.
This is the story of two teenagers being torn apart, inside and out to the point in which they loose themselves to better their parents, they are forced into meetings, business and closing deals. Yet when they get torn from their home, they find themselves missing the one thing they always hated.
But it's too late.
One day Reikanara and Asher will meet, but the question consists of;
Is the pain of their circumstances worth the emotions they feel for each other?
Rules
1. You CANNOT leak anything within the roleplay.
2. To be in this project, you must be at least 14 years old (we are flexible on this depending on maturity).
3. This is a longterm project, meaning you can't just abruptly quit. I will need some advanced warning if possible. Obviously, if an emergency happens then I would understand.
4. You must have a good quality mic and little to no background noise.
5. Only say lines once. (This prevents people rambling and is helpful for me but if you prefer to do it a couple of times I don't really mind. It would just be preferred.)
6. Respect my final decisions as it will prevent conflict between applicants.
7. You MUST have Discord, and you MUST be ACTIVE on our server as this is where I will post updates for the project and will be requesting lines.
8. Lines must be turned in on the due date. I am slightly flexible on this, but the rule still stands.
9. If you are looking to join and you haven't auditioned the correct way I will let you know so please don't get annoyed if I ask you to redo it.
10. Keep your auditions professional.

Camari Bellemore is a very complicated character and will need to be portrayed in that way when voice acting like her. She is a very strong individual and is also the main character, Reikanara's, mother. However, when Reikanara's father is around she becomes a weak, fragile flower and submits to his every command. She does get abused in this story so please be mindful of that when choosing her to voice act. She can be quite rude to her children and quite horrible but the only reason for that is because her husband will give her consequences if not. This then results in her being lovely to her children behind closed doors and horrible in front of her husband Elijah which puts a dramatic strain on the relationship she has with her kids. She fools for Elijah's tricks when he is lovely to her on rare occasions and this then results in her staying with him because of fear and because she's so desperately trying to cling onto their love in which is slowly dying.
VOICE: Middle-aged, Mature, posh tone, medium to low pitch voice.
(Patronising yet also lecturing) Also, Reikanara, you really should refrain from eating such junk food. We wouldn’t want you getting big now, do we? You need to keep a petite figure so you can fit in your clothes.
(Defeated yet determined tone) Reikanara, listen to me. Sometimes in life, you will find someone you love with every fiber of your being, and you’ll feel more valuable and loved than you have ever done before. The pure happiness they’ll give you along with that giddy feeling in your stomach will make you feel like a flustered little mess when they’re around. So when that love goes, pear-shaped, it doesn’t matter how badly the person treats you because at the end of the day. If they give you a taste test of that good kind of love again, it’s enough for you.
(Distraught, Guilty, crying) I'm so so sorry, I never meant for this to happen.

Elijah Bellemore

Elijah Bellemore is a very complicated character and will need to be portrayed in that way when voice acting like him. He is a very strong individual and is also the main character, Reikanara's, Father. As a child, Elijah got treated horribly by his parents which is the reason for his destructive and aggressive demeanor towards his family. He treats Oakley, Reikanara's sister, like a diamond which causes Oakley to have a different view of her father than the rest of the family. He emotionally abuses his children and the mother, Camari, by being quite manipulative mainly so be aware of that when choosing this character to voice act. He is so money-driven and status-driven that he will do absolutely anything and everything to achieve a higher role in society and achieve more dollar signs for his bank account to the point that he will destroy his family if he has to for it. He is a very dangerous, dark, and twisted character and as the story progresses he gets worse.
VOICE: middle-aged, rough sounding, low, dangerous voice
(Fuming) Speak to me again like that, woman, I dare you. You are the lead female of the house, so do your damn job. I don’t ask for much! Wash the dishes, smile, stay by my side at all times, watch the kids, and for the love of God, keep your damn mouth shut.
(corny, cringy, love) Darling, of course, I do! You’re like an angel in my darkness, my heaven to my hell, the peanut butter to my jelly, the sidekick to my hero, the pencil to my paper. We work so well together yet we are polar opposites, and that is honestly just the best love of all.
(calmly) Reikanara, I want you to look the most presentable you have ever looked at this ball. There will be a lot of important people coming who will want to speak to you, so you better not embarrass this family’s name. Oakley will be going upstairs with you and will help you get ready as the ball starts in one hour. Now, I have to go out with your mother to get a few more things so we will be back soon. I expect by the time I get back you will look immaculate for the ball.

Asterin Falkov is pretty much Asher's life support. When he was younger she would protect him from their parents especially Delores, their mother. She and Asher were extremely close when they were kids and always has been until one day she disappeared and Asher has been broken ever since. Asterin ends up being one of the very important characters in the story (Main Character) however doesn't have much show time as for episodes during the start of the series. She is seen in flashbacks and memories in the series rather than actually in person so be aware of that when auditioning for her. Asterin's relationship with her parents is unknown but you do get the impression she resents them a lot. Her personality isn't very clear either, all we know is that she cares for Asher deeply.
VOICE: soft, caring, soothing, Teen, middle/high range.
[honest and kind] Oh Asher, you're the strongest person I know okay? Do you think I could do this without you? Argue with mom and dad without you? Hell No. You make me want to fight, you make me want to give you a life you deserve. You shouldn't be wrapped up in the monster's cave.
[Reassuring] Hey, Hey, don't you dare think like that okay? All I need you to do for me is to keep smiling. Through the pain, through the anger, all I want is for you to smile. I need you to fight like the big wolf you are and keep on fighting until I come back for you.
because I will. when the time comes and I need to leave home. I will get a good job, a beautiful home and the first thing I will do is get you out of here and you can come live with me. But anyway, you don't need to think about that right now because that's years and years away.
[supportive] Asher, you need to get over this fear okay? You gotta stay strong. Don't let the darkness win.

Jeremy Alderidge

Jeremy Alderidge is one of the main characters of the story. He is the leader of Black Coats Limited in which is the organization Reikanara and Asher get sold off to. Jeremy is quite a troubling character throughout the series and is quite psychotic. He enjoys injuring and killing people and will do it any chance he gets, however, Phoenix Alderidge is there 24/7 to assure that Jeremy doesn't go off the rails and hurt people at the establishment. Not only is he psychotic but he also has an extremely short temper which many people struggle to accept when he is around. The only person it seems he wouldn't cause pain to is Phoenix. No one really understands why but it gives him an advantage over Jeremy and therefore makes it easier to control him.
VOICE: Psychotic, middle to high range, middle-aged, evil.

[irritated, warning] Depends on how much you comply. If you do as your told and be a tame little birdie we won't have any problems, but if you try to fly away and cause us issues. We'll clip your wings.
[Angry, threatening] Okay, look. I'd suggest you listen to me very, very clearly. If you don't come with me right now, instead of hurting you I'll go after your sister and cut open every artery in her little petite body until she's lying on the ground with no pulse at all.

[Psychotic] And what makes you so convinced I wouldn't huh? I personally enjoy the feeling of piercing someone's veins and watching their soul slowly wither away as I hold them in my grasp. So what makes you think you're so special?
