Pilot - Episode 3 & 4 (Doctor Who Spin-off)

Hello! I'm looking for Various VA's for the 4th episode of my Pilot Series (See my About section for more info), aswell as a narrator for episode 3. Episode 4 is dedicated to the introduction of a new Villain for the Series.

A truely narcissistic Character. Tarros infiltrated Earth in order to steal copper, which his home planet desperately requires. He plans to take over the Government by bribing the President with the Copper. After this doesn't work, he offers the copper to the people, and is elected as President. After a while, the copper he brought ran out, and now he looks for a planet with an abundance of copper to exploit... Earth!
Percy(after murdering a team of miners on a Ship): I filled the Cabin with a gaseous neurotoxin. Everyone in that Shuttle will die if they don’t get the antidote, which I have on my Person.
Percy(after murdering his own Journalists): I repeat myself. Those Journalists died in a Mining accident and this Planet is uninhabited. We Begin Mining. NOW!
Percy(Making an offer to the President of a Planet): This is a Capitalistic Society! I give you A, and you give me B. I have A, you need A. I want B, but I don't need it. I could just keep A.
The Manager of a Copper Mine. When Tarros(Percy Crawford) Shows up and murders a team of Miners, Duncan is confronted by Tarros.
Duncan(Cutting off Percy, Angry, Raised voice, not nowing what happened): You’re the driver?! What is this about? Did you have a in-flight issue? You need to complain to the Shuttle Company, not me! Barging in here like this is highly dis- (disrespectful)
Duncan(upon learning about what happened): Oh my god! What… What are your demands?
Duncan (in pain, after Tarros injured them): B-But… W-What a-a-about the neurotoxin… OW!
The President of Tarros's Home Planet. Percy attempted to bribe his way into Totten's Government, but they Refused.
Totten(Shocked, thinks its a Joke, after learning about Tarros's proposal): A Job in my Government?! Are you Serious?
Totten(Angered): Stand up straight! Show respect! I am your Superior!
Totten(after learning about Tarros's proposal): Preposterous! Are you a politician? Do you even know how this whole thing works?
Journalists who join Tarros on a mining expedition, in order to document Tarros's success. Unfortunately, the Moon they chose was already populated, and Tarros must hide this fact from the Press...
Journalist(Seeing Tarros come out from a Meeting with the Moon's Government): And? How’d it go?
Journalist(confused; answering Tarros's Question of if they had reported anything back): No sir… Why do you ask?
Journalist(confused; after Percy lied about someone dying in a mining accident): What do you mean? We haven’t begun Min- (Mining)
A Normal Narrator Role. Note this is for episode 4.
Narrator: Percy begins Navigating towards the Largest city of the Planet. It is Nighttime, and a Flood of Lights appears on the Horizon. One of the Lights in the Cluster stood Brighter above the others. The Presidential Palace. Percy Steers the Shuttle to the Palace, and lands infront of it. A Guard holding a Handheld, Spear-like weapon in their Hand approaches the Shuttle as Percy opens the Door.
Narrator: Percy turns around and opens the Door to the Shuttle, revealing the vast amount of copper in it. The Guard’s eyes widen.
Narrator: Percy turns his back to the Journalists, reaches into his pocket and pulls the Handheld Phaser out of it. Percy turns around, and shoots all of the journalists.
Typical Narrator Role. Note this is for Episode 3. For some Context on Episode 3, The Persuader is the main antagonist, and the Pilot is the main protagonist.
Narrator: He does as the pilot says, just as the persuader crashes through the door. He looks around, and all the people in the pub look at the Han lookalike. Suddenly he turns and runs out of the room. (Note "Han" is pronounced like the first part of "Hannah")
Narrator: The persuader ran out of the base and out onto the street. Everywhere he looked there were people. He tried to dodge them all out of fear they might have the made-up infection. He then found a small alley-way and hid himself away there.
Narrator: The pilot noticed the papers the persuader had dropped onto the floor. He picked them up.
A Guard outside of the Presidential Palace of Tarros's Home Planet.
Guard(sarcastically, thinking Tarros is joking about the Copper): Oh right, why’s that?
Guard(shocked, upon seeing the Copper): Uh, i’ll call the President immediately.
Guard(Calling the President): President Totten? There’s a man out here… He uh, has uh, a vast amount of copper... Yes... Copper... Cannot verify, i looks real though… Buzz him through? Will do.
Just a Miner getting home from their Shift. Unfortunately, there is a problem with the Shuttle...
Miner 1(annoyed, as his Shuttle is late): 6 PM. Its been 30 minutes now. You know what? If i wait another 5 minutes i’m gonna walk-
Miner 1(complaining, as the Cabin feels Stuffy): Id open a window, but *cough cough* ya know.
Miner 1(Talking to Driver of the Shuttle): Whatever. Don’t be late again.
The Governor of a Moon, which Tarros Plans to exploit.
Governor(Head of State of Quanticus, talking to Tarros): No! I cannot accept such an action! Our Cities cover 98% of this Moons Surface! Even your two ships landing here have caused the deaths of 1189 Citizens! And now you people walk in here, expecting to exploit our moons resources, and probably displacing millions of our people! I am appalled at your request!
Governor(cutting off Tarros): President, that’s not how this Works. We are two different worlds! We have no need for currency or ressources!
Governor: Well i cannot accept you exploiting our resources. There must be another planet!
The Captain of a Mining Expedition.
Captain (over phone): Mr. President? This is Captain Zubak.
Captain (over phone): Oh my God… But… Why are you calling me?
Captain(over phone): Oh, uhm… We have 5 Transport Vessels and 4 Mining vessels. The Two we brought to Quanticus are in maintenance.
