Phoebe Phobia is the story of a young girl, Phoebe, and her adventures with her three guardians, Baro (the Phobia of Gravity), Gato (the Phobia of Cats), and Demento (the Phobia of Insanity).
(NOTES: This series is based loosely on Steven Universe. And a bit of info on the characters is that they are personified fears. Somewhat like the Crystal Gems in Steven Universe.)

Demento's voice is medium pitched and slightly raspy.
