Project Overview
imagine having a normal family. Most times were good, but sometimes there were the bad mishaps. However, things change when it is revealed that they aren't blood and they actually have only known each other for two years. Eventually this will cause some to find who their true family is, some will have become too acquainted to each other, and there will be those that don't know who to trust anymore.
The city they think they are living in is actually a test site. Every few days, a reaper will come to slay one of them. Fear and paranoia set in, and some will sacrifice others to him for who they love more. The sacrificers remember their past life after they’ve sent someone to him. They don't know why, how, or what is going on, yet they hold onto hope that somehow they can end this all.

Satanic. That is how I'd describe him. Feel free to use any vfx you can. Actually, I recommend it. As long as you can make him sound demon/alien mixed with human, it's good. I put a slash because the lines can be applied to both of these characters.

*laughs a demonic laugh*
"Awazra tul jenala poz de flieosa"
"The one...Him, as some you call, is very hungry. He feasts on your very life. Now we could leave you out as lambs for slaughter, but where's the joy in that? Where would be that sense of...Retribution?"
"Sebraya salunois trige lanados. Keilosa, yefin tiur. Examo pre estala sa."
She's pretty much anger, annoyed, and a suck-up. Not really found in any other mood.
(furious)
"What the Hell do you think you're doing?"(annoyed)
"Yeah, I know who you are. I'll take you to their pep-rally, but not until you move your car!"(With an extreme amount of respect, to the point where it seems like your sucking up, but informative)
"The power appears to be off in the whole city, sir. It's not just the school. We might wanna consider just sending the kid's ho-"
Son to the two protagonists (who aren't shown here, because they've already been casted). Alex is your typical teen. Good kid, not too involved with anything, but has the ocassional sass.
"Dad, what's going on in there?"
(Confused)
"Mom, you're not making any sense. What could be so bad tha-"
Alejandro is very faith driven. He needs to seem like he believes every word he says. While not so easily shaken by fear, he does get sad from time to time. However, at times he's also very commanding. Not in a dictator like way, but the way a person you'd look up to would be.
(Saddened, hard to talk)
“My son said that he’d only be gone for a couple hours. I told him that I wanted him home and finishing up schoolwork by 6:30. At around 6:15 I texted him asking if he was on his way home, but he never responded.”
"Susana, you need to start going easy on Leila. She was afraid and she's ashamed of what she's done. I'm not saying get all BFF with her, but we gotta face the fact that we have to work with her if we want to get through this."
(in shock)
"My god....Peter...just....how? How did they manage that?"
As long as you can scream, and try to be romantic at times, you're good.
(screaming in utter terror)
"DAD, PLEASE HELP M-"
(flirting)
"Heh. I didn't think anyone as beautiful as you are had a brain."
Leila is a former high school sweetheart. By the time we come to see her in the series, she is scarred by what she has seen. Actresses need to, if with any character, know how to act afraid. However, she also has a sense of wisdom from what haunts her.
Actresses should sound young, but very capable at expressing fear, warnings, and regret. Over time, however, she will learn to lighten up.
*Screams*
(Yelling)
“RUN! THEY’RE COMING! THEY’RE COMING TO TAKE US TO HIM!”
(Ashamed)
“I am not proud of what I have done to you and your family, Alejandro. An act like that is unforgivable, but I will do what I can to try to make up for it…Even though I never can.”
(Warning-like)
“Jess, you need to listen to me! You can’t trust him. I saw what he actually is like. Soon enough if we don’t get rid of him, you’ll all see that side of him too…And we may not all be around to talk about it.”
