The Buisness man tries to make his way to work, racing against the clock but runs into major roadblocks for him to continue, and cant continue without the aid of Petty Avenger.

A worried/stressed tone with seemingly minor congestion. (a nerd in his late 40's if you will) who constantly is on the move trying to beat the clock, trying to get to make ends meet. For reference, Chas Finster from Rugrats, again try to sound congested, stumble over your words from time to time an anxious tone of voice.

For the Narrator try to go for a anchorman who works for a news channel. For Reference the talking fish anchorman from SpongeBob. try to speak to the viewer as if you don't want them to change the channel, keeping their attention.
