The protagonist of Persona 5, canonically named Ren Amamiya, is a second-year transfer student at Shujin Academy, being placed there to continue his academics due to his ongoing probation resulting from being falsely framed for assault.

His dialogue options range from somewhat indifferent to outright cheeky. The game allows for quite a number of playful, snarky or audacious answers, including teasing his friends. He also taunts his enemies like the famed Arsène Lupin. In the prologue scene, he remains cocky and confident even when his life is in danger. He also has a flair for showing off and making dramatic decisions, such as exiting by jumping through the stained glass windows of the Casino, much to the amazement (and mild annoyance) of the other Phantom Thieves.

Ann Takamaki is a playable character from Persona 5. She is a student at Shujin Academy who lives a double life as a Phantom Thief.

After ridden with guilt over her helplessness to protect others and herself, which led to her letting her best friend Shiho Suzui fall victim to Suguru Kamoshida, she would sacrifice herself to support her friends while facing, overcoming and promising not to return back to her old self.

Ann is a very kind and compassionate girl, enough for it to be noted by both Morgana and Sojiro Sakura. Years of isolation due to her looks have left her very withdrawn, with the belief that she's lost her place in the world, but this hasn't stopped her from opening up to the people close to her and have fun. She's able to press on without caring about the opinions of others due to her friendship with Shiho Suzui, who was her first real friend in Japan before joining the Phantom Thieves. She is shown to be a good judge of character, as she was the first person able to look past the rumors of the protagonist and see him for who he really is. Her good judgement of others is also shown by her willingness to forgive Makoto after learning her side of the story in the incident with Suguru Kamoshida, namely that she wanted to do something but felt powerless to stop him, having realized it wasn't too different from her own situation. Ryuji Sakamoto is a playable character from Persona 5. He is a student at Shujin Academy and a former track star who lives a double life as a Phantom Thief. He is the protagonist's best friend and the Phantom Thieves' charge commander.

Ryuji is known as a disruptive "problem student" at school whose bad behavior causes all sorts of trouble for the teachers. He is quite proud of his status as a self-proclaimed "troublemaker" and his rebellious, mischievous and disobedient nature are the perfect qualities to be a Phantom Thief. He is sometimes vulgar and aggressive, as shown in his early interactions with the protagonist, Yusuke Kitagawa and Makoto Niijima. Yusuke Kitagawa is a playable character from Persona 5. He is an art student from Kosei High School who becomes involved with the Phantom Thieves of Hearts.

Yusuke's entire life's passion is comprised of and surrounded by art. He searches for the aesthetic everywhere in his surroundings, from people to places. He sees every opportunity or challenge presented to him as a way to broaden his horizons, and primarily considers how it will benefit him greatly as an artist. He is captivated by the painting of "Sayuri," and seeks to capture the sense of beauty that it portrays. This passion extends to his mentor, Ichiryusai Madarame, who he believed created the painting and who took him in when he was young, completely ignorant that he is being used for Madarame's own profit. As such, Yusuke greatly admired and respected him to the point that he vehemently denied any of the rumors surrounding Madarame.

Makoto Niijima is a playable character in Persona 5. She is the younger sister of Sae Niijima and student council president of Shujin Academy and lives a double life as a Phantom Thief.

Despite her position as student council president, Makoto is an extremely unpopular student at Shujin Academy. This is because she did nothing to stop Suguru Kamoshida's abuse, resulting in other students labeling her as an arrogant, selfish control freak who knew about the abuse but chose to ignore it because she only cared about getting a good letter of recommendation. The Phantom Thieves initially assume the same of her. In actuality, this happens because Makoto holds no real authority at Shujin, with her position merely making her a glorified tool for the principal to use however he sees fit. In reality, Makoto wanted to do something against Kamoshida, but was too afraid of the principal meddling with her college record in order to protect the P.E. teacher.

Haru Okumura is a playable character from Persona 5. She is a wealthy girl who attends Shujin Academy and lives a double life as a Phantom Thief. She is the only daughter of Kunikazu Okumura, the Thieves' fifth major target.

Haru is generally very shy and reserved. At school, she is viewed as eccentric due to her tendency to keep to herself and avoid contact with others as much as possible. She has serious trust issues, finding it difficult to differentiate between who truly values her as a friend, and who merely wants to use her for her family's status. This is due to her past, where not only friends, but adults and teachers would be kind to her just to please her father and smile at her for their own personal gain. Despite this, Haru is an incredibly kind-hearted girl. She becomes fast friends with all of the Phantom Thieves and is the only member of the group Ryuji Sakamoto doesn't argue with on a regular basis. She can also be very awkward, as shown when she first introduces herself to the others as "Beauty Thief," and forgets parts of the script she has rehearsed with Morgana, to the point of saying "We will take the Treasure!" twice in a row, much to Futaba Sakura's annoyance. She later explains that she was trying to be a "heroine of justice," having grown up admiring female superheroes she watched on TV. She loved them for always fighting to protect others and being happy, desiring to be just like them someday.

Sumire Yoshizawa is a playable character from Persona 5 Royal. She is a first-year transfer student at Shujin Academy and a talented gymnast who gets involved with the Phantom Thieves of Hearts. She is overcome with guilt after her older sister Kasumi Yoshizawa gives her life to save her. For most of the game, thanks to Takuto Maruki's cognitive intervention, she believes she is her sister Kasumi.

Sumire Yoshizawa is a cheerful, elegant and friendly person with a seemingly perfect life, as she received a Shujin scholarship and was (supposedly) nearly uncontested in gymnastic competitions. She also appears to be quite clumsy and careless, as she is shown outright missing the mark at the batting cages even if her reflexes are usually excellent, and she lets her phone's battery run out while texting the protagonist. Despite the fact that she can cook, she is unpredictable and somewhat awkward at it, since she isn't sure about the ingredients, and she often uses stamina replenishing food due to her gymnast tendencies. She has a high metabolism, putting away large amounts of food and still asking for seconds. She always refers to her fellow friends as "Senpai" no matter the situation, since she's the youngest member of the Phantom Thieves who has an educative degree.

Futaba Sakura is the Navigator of the Phantom Thieves from Persona 5. She is different from the main crew of the Phantom Thieves, as prior to Persona 5 Strikers, she was a shut-in who does not attend school and rarely, if ever, leaves her house.

With a case of social anxiety bordering on agoraphobia developed from the trauma of losing her mother Wakaba Isshiki, combined with her generally introverted personality, Futaba is strongly uncomfortable with going outside. When the protagonist first meets her, she is a shut-in who does not attend school and almost never leaves her room. She communicates with the world remotely via the Internet, and her adoptive father Sojiro Sakura enables her lifestyle out of guilt that he could not protect her from trauma. Having disconnected herself from humanity and the world beyond her apartment, Futaba suffers from suicidal depression, crippling bouts of anxiety and would freak out instantly when seeing unknown people inside Sojiro's house. When first encountered, Futaba is so consumed with self-loathing that she suppresses her desire to live, causing her Shadow Self to develop a much more helpful personality than average, one who only desires Futaba's happiness. Prior to her Change of Heart, she thinks that her room is the only place she actually feels safe to dwell within due to the frequent hallucinations she has about Wakaba bearing hatred on her.

Morgana is a major playable character of Persona 5. He is a mysterious being with ties to Mementos. He doesn't know who he is, and seeks answers to restore his memories.

In the beginning, Morgana is poisoned by an inflated ego, presenting himself as more grandiose than he actually is. Regardless, he's in his head and is not only convinced of his brilliance, but he genuinely looks down on others at first, making him conceited. He also uses deceptive tactics to get what he wants, such as when he would decide to help the protagonist and Ryuji Sakamoto, who are forced to trust him, to use both later by making them feel obligated to help him, although it doesn't work as they simply leave. When he kickstarts that plan earlier, Morgana can even resort to guilt-tripping methods to get the protagonist to join them, depending on his dialogue choices. Hence, he lacks a strong moral core and prioritizes initiative and power: another prominent demonstration of that is by his aloof insistence to have him and the two boys take the risk of inducing a mental shutdown in Suguru Kamoshida, a criminal they targeted, having no qualms with what happens to him as they'll never be caught. When the two cave in and agree on their own terms, Morgana would strike a deal with the protagonist, which he treats as purely transactional, and would be jaded enough he would view the protagonist as a tool (something which he admits months later.)

The protagonist of Persona 3, canonically known as Makoto Yuki is a transfer student enrolling in Gekkoukan High School in Iwatodai City. He is an orphan whose parents died on the Moonlight Bridge in their car during a fatal incident a decade prior to the game.

In Persona 3, he is a silent protagonist, aside from technically speaking in battle in certain instances. While being a silent protagonist, he is very stoic, reserved and calm, gathered by the fact that he's faced death and his own mortality; he remains unmoved when walking under a green sky and being surrounded by blood pools and coffins everywhere at the beginning of Persona 3 or even when guns are pointed at him (such as by Aigis herself). He appears very introverted, distant and aloof since he only observes the conversations of his party members and only speaks when someone is directed at him for his opinion on the matter.

The female protagonist of Persona 3 Portable, canonically known as Kotone Shiomi is a transfer student enrolling in Gekkoukan High School on Tatsumi Port Island. She is an orphan whose parents died on the Moonlight Bridge in their car during a fatal incident a decade prior to the game.

Unlike the male protagonist or Megami Tensei protagonists in general, she is very bubbly, funny, upbeat and cheerful. Her dialogue choices exhibit a broad spectrum of emotions, ranging from sarcasm, joking tones, utter seriousness and otherwise depending on the player's choice. She is outspoken, blunt and literal when responding and getting her points across. She is a sharp contrast to the male protagonist who is very reserved and concise where she, on the other hand, is not afraid to interject into conversations where her male counterpart would remain silent. In addition, she is more likely to resort to violence when provoked, especially in defense of her friends, as seen in her Hermit Social Link. She is often described by the S.E.E.S members as a very tomboyish leader who takes risks to save her friends.

Yukari Takeba is a playable character from Persona 3. She is a student at Gekkoukan High School and a member of the Specialized Extracurricular Execution Squad.

Yukari's Arcana is the Lovers, which focuses on balanced, connected relationships with others and important choices; as such, her personality and story revolve mainly around her relationships. She is very popular in Gekkoukan High due to her pretty looks and cheery, positive outlook on life. However, her kindness has its limits, as she's prone to mood swings and getting annoyed over trivial things, often expressing this annoyance with sarcasm. She likes to tease Junpei, even though she deeply cares for him. Her hobbies include archery and acting for drama, and she eventually makes a career of being an actress as Pink Argus. Her favorite color is pink and she has a fondness for cutesy things such as her heart choker and even maid uniforms.

Aigis is a character from Persona 3. She is an Anti-Shadow Suppression Weapon (seemingly the last one in existence) and a member of S.E.E.S. who also attends Gekkoukan High School. She is a machine that gradually awakens to human emotions.

Aigis' initial personality is simply a robot designed to obey orders, although she is drawn to the protagonist and states that it is very important for her to be by his side, going so far as to hug them in front of everyone. Her desire to protect the protagonist is so strong, in fact, that she was able to overcome Ikutsuki's programming and free the entire team from their shackles, when Ikutsuki had attempted to sacrifice them to bring forth the Fall. As a result of having no emotions, Aigis' social skills are more-or-less non-existent; it's frequently noted on-screen that while she may look human, she is far from passing as such.

Mitsuru Kirijo is a playable character originating from Persona 3. She is heir to the Kirijo Group and a student at Gekkoukan High School during Persona 3.

Mitsuru is calm, confident, mature, responsible, wise and very intelligent despite being a high school student. However, she may be interpreted as slightly arrogant, conceited, cold-hearted or overconfident. As events unfold, this may be a front of maturity, due to her assumed role as the leader of SEES. Her Persona Arcana is the Empress, which fits with the "motherly/older sisterly" role she plays in the group.

Ken Amada is a playable character from Persona 3. He is the youngest member of SEES, and one of the two who doesn't attend Gekkoukan High School

Despite his young age, Ken is very intelligent and mature. It is shown that this is a coping mechanism due to the death of his mother at a young age, which more-or-less forced him to give up his childhood. His maturity is noted by Yukari, who can't believe he's in elementary school and claims that Junpei, who is a full six years older than him, could learn a thing or two from him. Fuuka also notes his maturity, and finds him cute as a result of it. Besides being mature, Ken also says several words that boys his age don't usually use, such as "bastard," which he usually uses when referring to Strega. Additionally, he doesn't take kindly to when others underestimate or degrade him due to his age or the fact that he is in elementary school. He is normally very polite to others, and never misses a chance to show respect where respect is due. He is also honest, diligent, and deeply caring towards his peers, particularly the members of SEES. Ken is shown to like and care a great deal for animals, such as Koromaru.

Akihiko Sanada is one of the playable characters in Persona 3. He is a student at Gekkoukan High School and a member of the Specialized Extracurricular Execution Squad.

A cool and well-respected upperclassman, Akihiko is serious and determined, while also cracking small jokes on occasion. Of all the members of the group, he is the most prone to sarcasm; one instance being if the protagonist talks to him while he and Junpei are taking a break from studying for first semester midterms, where he will state that Junpei isn't studying for his exams as Mitsuru told everyone to go back to their routines. He tends to show excitement for a big challenge, something that eventually rubs off on Junpei. He is eager to train and fight, often to a fault. Early on in the game, while injured due to the Magician full moon Shadow, he will repeatedly express interest in fighting despite being unable to. This draws criticism from Mitsuru, who views Akihiko's eagerness to fight as if he treats their work as a game. At one point, Yukari even accuses him of caring more about having a good fight than doing the right thing. Akihiko is shown to have noble intentions though, not caring about being acknowledged for S.E.E.S.' efforts and chastising Junpei for expecting praise for fighting to save the world. It is later mentioned in a dorm dialogue that he and Shinjiro's goal when they first joined S.E.E.S. had always been to eliminate the Dark Hour. Akihiko is a kind and principled young man who will go out of his way to help someone, being willing to take on additional risk to save Fuuka from Tartarus despite having never met her before, even after Junpei and Yukari pointed out that she had been there for ten days and had most likely not survived.

Junpei Iori is a character from Persona 3. He is a student at Gekkoukan High School and a member of the Specialized Extracurricular Execution Squad.

Junpei is usually portrayed as goofy, perverted, immature and upbeat. He fancies himself a ladies' man and frequently tries to hit on girls, with little to no success. Despite this, he is capable of being kind and caring, and he often cracks jokes and calls people "dude" to make them feel better. After school, he is typically seen indulging in his hobbies of reading manga or playing video games. His bedroom in the dorm is a complete mess with stuff scattered everywhere, as shown in a command console recording when Mitsuru suspects that there had been a robbery in his room, when that is actually what his room always looks like. He is also very reckless and hot-headed and rarely thinks things through, such as when he blindly chases after a Shadow when he, Yukari and the protagonist are on the monorail during the May full moon event, leaving the latter two to fend for themselves until they catch up to him. However, Junpei does have his sensible moments as well, such as when he repeatedly warns Yukari that going to the back alley behind Port Island Station is dangerous, when she considers it an "adventure." His Arcana is the Magician, which fits with his immature personality and tendency to act before he thinks.

Fuuka Yamagishi is one of the main characters from Persona 3. She is a student at Gekkoukan High School and a member of the Specialized Extracurricular Execution Squad.

Initially, Fuuka is a very reserved, shy and timid girl who rarely speaks up. Before she joined S.E.E.S., this made her an easy target for school bullies, to the point of Natsuki Moriyama locking her in the school gym, which resulted in her getting trapped in Tartarus. However, she is also a friendly student once others open up to her and very kind-hearted, even more so than Yukari. She is very polite, and almost always uses honorifics when addressing people. Usually cool, calm, and collected (particularly in the movie) and despite being quiet and not being involved with fighting and physical combat, she tries to help her friends in any way possible such as using her Persona's abilities to scan the statistics and weaknesses of Shadows, showing her to be very diligent and dedicated. Her Arcana is the Priestess, which fits with her ability to easily contemplate and analyze things. It also reflects her independence, which is shown by her being able to survive in Tartarus for ten hours by herself, when S.E.E.S. were barely able to last an hour in there at that point.

The protagonist of Persona 4, canonically known as Yu Narukami starting with its use in Persona 4 Arena, is a transfer student at Yasogami High School, and resides for a year at Inaba, a rural town.

In Persona 4, he is generally a silent protagonist, as in the series tradition. Except for instances where he audibly speaks when summoning a Persona and so on, with his personality ultimately based on the player's actions and decisions. This is emphasized in Persona 4 Golden, as the Investigation Team members comment on how he doesn't talk much when equipped with the Butler Suit. His dialogue choices within the game are divided by style of expression: normally, all of his statements are inherently truthful in one way or another, but he's practically limited to stating only one thing at a time. Otherwise he may state his opinion in ambiguous moments, such as when discussing the murder cases with the group. One of his most common dialogue options is "That's not true." One of the only aspects that are up to player interpretation surround his past life, such as whether he has any siblings, or if he has partaken in hobbies like playing instruments or sports.

Kanji Tatsumi is a playable character from Persona 4. He is a first-year student in class 1-3 at Yasogami High School in Inaba and known to many as a notorious delinquent since middle school.

Kanji seems to be a delinquent who was strong enough to fight a biker gang in middle school, earning him a town-wide reputation of wildness and toughness. He drapes his school uniform over his shoulders in a punk-ish style to emphasize the style he wishes to embody. However, when he sometimes gets flustered he tends to threaten people, occasionally getting into fights and scraps.

Regardless, Kanji is a genuinely level-headed guy in spite of all that. The context of Kanji's actions comes from taking care of bad people with his own hands, normally warding off actual bullies and delinquents with his own hands. Kanji grew up with a family that is extremely open-minded and spiritual of the meaning of things, often blurting out spiritual concepts such as "Cloth is alive" or "Dyes are one with the universe," which made Kanji far more thoughtful to an emotional scale

Yosuke Hanamura is a playable character from Persona 4. He is the protagonist's classmate at Yasogami High School in Inaba and the son of the Junes Department Store's Inaba branch manager.

At first Yosuke would be extremely considerate and cheery, but that would be a facade in his fear of being alone. Following his confrontation with his Shadow, Yosuke would become more honest with himself as to protect his friends: rather, he would normally come across as insensitive or an outright jerk and unintentionally insulting someone. One of his more common traits is poking fun at Kanji Tatsumi for "being attracted to men," likely wanting Kanji to come to terms with his insecurities surrounding his uncertainties with his sexual orientation and snap out of his confusion. He uses this sharp tongue in a lot of situations, generally being insulting in that sense. He does butt heads with Chie Satonaka at times, who will often criticize him for his rude behavior: she would scold him for constantly making fun of Kanji for something that long became obvious that it wasn't funny.

Chie Satonaka is a playable character from Persona 4. An energetic girl with a love of kung-fu movies, she's one of the protagonist's classmates at Yasogami High School.

Chie is energetic and outgoing, the "extrovert" compared to Yukiko being the "introvert." She has a bright and upbeat personality, often trying to cheer up the group by joking about the case. She can be somewhat short tempered, especially with Yosuke, and is slow to back down from a challenge.

Chie, in a way, could be considered a "tomboy." She is obsessed with kung fu and is a huge fan of martial arts movies, most prominently Trial of the Dragon. She also has a poster of Bruce Lee in her room. Outside Naoto's dungeon, Chie mentions that as a kid, she had her own secret hideout near the mountain by Yukiko's house where she would pretend that a legendary kung fu master was teaching her special techniques. Chie's wish is to become a police officer some day. Chie's cooking skills are horrific and her cooking tastes generally unpleasant, causing them to be labeled as Mystery Food X. Fitting as an action movie fan, Chie is fond of large amounts of meat, such as grilled steak and beef bowls. Chie lacks confidence about her femininity and becomes envious of girls she sees as more femine, such as Yukiko.

Rise Kujikawa is one of the main characters from Persona 4. She is a popular idol who returns to Inaba for a brief hiatus. She is a first-year student at Yasogami High School.

Rise is cheerful, outspoken, naughty and cute. Though she is quite boastful about herself, she is very sweet deep down. She is referred to as a "dangerous girl" by Chie Satonaka, due to her boldness in flirting with the protagonist, and her teasing of Yosuke Hanamura and Kanji Tatsumi. Rise is also proud of her beauty and femininity, as she gets offended when Kanji doesn't have a nosebleed upon seeing her in a swimsuit. Rise is quickly annoyed by the smallest things, which ends up with her crying dramatically, and sometimes producing crocodile tears. She's rather childish and possessive; she once pouted and told the protagonist he mustn't call another girl "cute." She has also shown her competitive side on many occasions, and she's mocked Yukiko Amagi’s insecurity and her cooking. Along with Yukiko, and Naoto Shirogane, she cries when the protagonist leaves Inaba, and she'll profess her love to him. This, combined with her Arcana being The Lovers, her flirting and certain scenes in Persona 4 The Animation show her affection for the protagonist. Rise states that she loves the protagonist, and will show a very obvious interest in him during the storyline regardless of her Social Link standing

Yukiko Amagi is a playable character from Persona 4. She is a second year student at Yasogami High School and one of the protagonist's classmates. Her family runs the Amagi Inn, where she is next in-line as manager.

Yukiko is a reserved, soft-spoken and shy girl, having been raised at an early age to be a prim and proper lady of traditional Japanese customs. At school, she is known for scoring well on exams, earning top grades in her class and often studying the material with her best friend since early childhood, Chie Satonaka.

She is aware of her high-class reputation in Inaba, being the heiress of one of the town’s main attractions, further encouraging her reserved nature. This proves to be a heavy burden on Yukiko, her responsibilities making her feel as though she is inherently worthless outside of her pretty looks and fulfilled obligations.

Naoto Shirogane is a playable character in Persona 4. The fifth generation of the famed Shirogane detectives, Naoto arrives in Inaba to help investigate the murders, and enrolls as a first-year student at Yasogami High School.

At first, this seriousness is rigid, unnatural and stubborn due to her secluded nature. This causes her to have trouble getting along with others by adamantly shutting them off, but even then she's not being taken seriously by those she wants to be acknowledged by as she comes across as trying too hard to be an adult. She rarely jokes around which can make her seem like a killjoy or party pooper when the team is involved in silly antics. In Persona 4 Arena, Kanji calls her out on this, saying she is too "uptight" and it makes her seem distant and on a different wavelength. She does get annoyed by the laidback nature of others, responding either with dry annoyance or brushing them off entirely.

This has led to a lack of friends and while she does not show it often, she desires for friendship and a sense of belonging. As she bonds further with the team, she warms up considerably. In Persona 4 Arena, she notes the surprising difficulty in trying to balance her detective work with her newfound friends. In fact, she even expresses concern that she keeps putting work before time with them, showing how much her relationships with them have become to her.

Teddie is a playable character in Persona 4 and the game's mascot. Originating from the Midnight Channel, he is empty and without a self, but is the most determined to be a mascot, gradually assimilating himself into society as more endearing for locals and his friends as he faces reality to support his goals.

Being a textbook mascot character: Teddie is usually bubbly and cute and is known to lighten the mood when investigating the case, much like Chie. Possibly due to being a Shadow unfamiliar with the human world, or perhaps due to being a cartoon bear, Teddie has a lot of childish naivety, innocence and is pure of heart. He does not know a lot of human customs, does not know what "scoring a hot stud" means or what a "manwhore" is. This results in him having a lack of social boundaries, such as when he flirts with Chie and Yukiko, although he fails every time. He is also given a lot of people nicknames for himself to remember. In the beginning of Persona 4 The Animation, he acts much like a coward when Shadows are near but changes his ways as the story progresses.

While we may only start with fandubs of comics and memes, behind the scenes I would like to have writers who are capable of writing at least 5-10 minute video skits with eachother. these will be comedy skits that are much in vain of Blonzo and similar creators. please send either scripts or any "proof" of work, I look forward to getting any writer I can on!
