Michael Strain is the chairman of AMG Transport Dynamics. He killed his friend's family(Jacob) and framed him so he could move up in the company. Jealous type.
"I have a reservation under the name Michael Strain."
"Where the hell am I! What is this!?"
"I said I did it! I framed you! I killed your family! Why couldn't you just stay in prison Jacob!?"
Jacob is the previous CEO of AMG Transport Dynamics. His family was killed by his friend Michael Strain and was then framed by him. Jacob broke out of prison five years after his conviction to find his family's killer.
"I know you set me up, Michael. But what I could not figure out for the 5 years I was locked away, was why."
"You stole my darling Layla from me. I promised her I'd teach her to ride her bike that morning."
"Did you think I would not find you!?
(pause)
Did you really think I would let you get away with this!?"
"Thank you for choosing the Glados Hotel. How can I help you, sir?"
"(chuckles) Oh, I'm so sorry Chairman, I didn't recognize you.
