Pancake Man: Crystal Hearts
An animated Series based on a mini movie i developed a couple years ago. The story follows Seth who is Pancake man, a pancake garbed swordsman and his partner in crime: Sweeney, an anthropomorphic Banana who always has the right tools to get out of any bind thanks to his magic fanny pack. Both of these heroes are on a mission to recover and seal away 6 artifacts called the Crystal Hearts; Gemstones of immeasurable power all capable of bringing forth the end of our universe as we know it. An evil Sorceress by the name of Koneko Akuma intends on collecting said hearts for dark purposes and her troupe of dark hearted fiends will do anything to get her those hearts. On their journey they will meet an abundance of strange and weird people/characters who will assist and hinder their journey.

Dr. Ghoulson is a ghostly scientist with a very peppy personality, often full of life and smiles despite being a ghost. He always conducts the craziest experiments with his partner in crime and star creation: Patient X. His intelligence and engineering is near unmatched, and he is very optimistic about making new inventions to help our heroes. He isnt quick to anger unless its due to patient X's stupidity.
"Holy crap! You recovered it?! Patient X, quickly prepare the containment chamber! We need to study this carefully... "
"X you moronic little goblin!!! You gave them the prototype!!!"
"Well it appears the next Crystal heart is located in the undead zone, so do be careful. I hear the Skull-Folk don't exactly take kindly to humans so i suggest proceeding into that region with extreme caution."

Cellini is the right hand man to the Sorceress Koneko. This guy is a very serious man especially when it comes to his work for the mistress; organization is something he values when conducting his plots. Everything with him is planned down to the T. Though despite this it is really easy to get on his bad side as he is quick to anger especially when he doesn't anticipate something or his plans are foiled.
“This will make two in our possession of the eight. Just one step closer Mistress. . . hm?”
Cellini was interrupted by a sudden alarm going off as the monitor switches to an image of the protagonists at the scene looking at said crystal with a look of awe.
“What?! Who the hell are they? They shouldn't be there!”
Cellini was outraged by this sudden intrusion on the location of the crystalline object. Clenching his teeth, Cellini hit his fist against the steel made wall. His overall aura of aggression was prominent in his tone and movements.
“Pitiful… Killing you would merely put me off schedule”

Taberu is a young woman whos body is entirely made of a corrosive gelatinous substance. She has existed for thousands of years but was found by koneko burried deep within the slimes great cave and sealed by the Crystal heart in the area. Taberu is a very simple minded girl, and is not the sharpest tool in the shed. She always talks in the third person due to her lack of intelligence. Her day to day life is Kill, Consume and repeat. She is strictly carnivorous. But who knows, she may have a heart.
"Taberu is hungry! Mistress Koneko? Tab wants to know if she can eat the two mean men for dinner!
"Woah! Taberu thinks sword man and fruit man are super duper fun! Taberu kill next time when she gets bored!
"...You... make... Taberu... ANGRY!!!"

Phantoms are shadowy creatures created by koneko to do her bidding in the stead of her Troupe. They have one eye ball in the center of their shadowy body as well as a small mouth with sharp teeth. Their voices are rather high in pitch and they have mischievous personalities.
