🎬 This is a one-time paid role for a mini-movie project. Future roles may be unpaid or volunteer-based unless stated otherwise.
Runtime: Approx. 45 minutes
Carville is a town built on friendship, laughter, and childhood memories — a place where the local playground and arcade have always been the heart of the community. But when wealthy billionaires move in and buy out the beloved playground and arcade, Kai and Moran know they can’t just stand by. With their town and childhood at stake, they launch Operation Playcade — a daring mission to save the places that made Carville home.
As the stakes rise, secrets unravel, and loyalties are tested, the friends face off against powerful enemies — including Kenny, a ruthless billionaire with a personal connection to the group’s newest member, Evelyn. Just when it seems like the fight might be lost, unexpected allies step in to turn the tide… but the battle ends on a cliffhanger, leaving the fate of Carville hanging in the balance.

Kai is the determined leader of the group—bossy at times, but always focused on getting things done. He’s got main-character energy and isn’t afraid to take charge. Deep down, he’s a good friend who just wants the mission to succeed.

I’m not being bossy! I’m just… trying to make sure we don’t all fail.[Defensive ,frustrated.]
Hey… I know I push you all sometimes. But I just want this to work. For all of us.[soft, friendly]
Evelyn is the new girl in town and quickly becomes part of the main friend group. She’s kind, bubbly, and carries that spark of curiosity that makes her instantly likable. She doesn’t yet know that her dad is actually the villain of the story, and that twist shapes a big part of her arc.
We’re looking for a voice that feels sweet and confident—think classic Disney Channel vibes or a “Sophia the First” style tone. A warm, expressive, and youthful voice that brings charm to every scene.

(curious/concerned) “Wait—what do you mean my dad isn’t who I think he is?”
(determined) “No. I need to know the truth. All of it.”
Moran is Kai’s best friend and his right-hand guy. He’s more of a realist than Kai, always taking the practical route even if it means bending the rules a little. While Kai wants to save the world, Moran wants to survive it. He’s low-key, loyal, and never sugarcoats things. His relationship with Evelyn might hint at a crush, but it’s subtle.
Voice Type: Laid-back, cool-toned, slightly older-sounding kid (but still clearly a child). Voice should feel calm and casual — not overly excited or dramatic. Think chill best friend energy.

(Deadpan humor, dry tone) “Great. Another secret tunnel. Because those always end well.”
Brooke enters the story halfway through the film. After Evelyn’s sudden disappearance and Moran’s absence, Kai is left to carry on the mission alone — until Brooke shows up. Though not a core part of the original friend group, Brooke quickly proves herself as a valuable and fearless ally. She’s bold, intelligent, and always has something clever (or slightly dramatic) to say. Think Zuri from Jessie — sassy, confident, but sweet when it counts.
Voice Direction:
We’re looking for someone who can bring Brooke’s sass and charm to life. Her voice should sound like a confident 10–11-year-old girl — high-energy but not cartoonishly over-the-top. She’s sharp, expressive, and knows how to deliver one-liners with flair.

(Soft but serious — showing her intelligent side) “Sometimes the loudest people are just the ones scared of being ignored. Trust me, I get it.”
