re:SEKAI - Main Singing and Speaking Roles, Vocaloid Producers and Side Characters (MASC + FEM NEEDED!)
Project Overview
What is Project Sekai?
Project Sekai is a game developed by SEGA and Colourful Palette that focuses on 20 teenagers in 5 unique units and their lives in the world of music. These teens are special though; through their 'true feelings' they have access to a magical place called 'SEKAI'. SEKAI is where their virtual companions reside, commonly known as Vocaloids. (but called Virtual Singers to avoid copyright claims... it's a long story) These Virtual Singers help guide the characters through troubles, and each character has their own unique story to tell!
What is re:SEKAI?
re:SEKAI is a Project Sekai: Colourful Stage (ft. Hatsune Miku) English fandub project that focuses on dubbing the main story of Project Sekai in English as well as 'focus events' - events where 1 of the 20 characters overcomes some type of challenge.
Singing voice actors will be dubbing over 'focus songs' - songs that link to the focus events, which we translate. (You can be casted as both singing and speaking- it's actually prefered!)
We plan on using vocal synth tuning to bring the stories even more to life!

You must be over 13.

Side character VAs will show up significantly less in the story. However, if you do choose to voice act as one, we'll try to double cast you! The ones that will show up most in the main story as well as future events are Mafuyu's Mother and all/majority of the side characters labelled (VBS)!

Arguably THE Project Sekai character, Ichika is a kind girl with a love for Miku and her songs. She's meant to represent the viewer- the person who plays Project Sekai.
Her voice is medium, with a slightly soft tone but she has an amazing voice for singing.

Airi is the dependable yet critical idol of the group MORE MORE JUMP! In the Main Story, Airi quits her dream of being an idol until she becomes motivated by fellow group member Minori to reach for greater hights with her friends Haruka and Shizuku.
She has a medium high/high voice with a slight growl/harshness to her voice.

Ken is An's father and a pivotal figure in Vivid Bad Squad's main story.
Along with his friends Nagi and Taiga, he made a group called RADder, that led up to an event called RAD WEEKEND that revolutionized street music, and that Vivid Bad Squad hopes to someday surpass.
As well as being an adviser to his daughter and her friends, he also runs a cafe called Weekend Garage, with An's help, of course.

Originally referred to as simply 'Musician', when we first see Kotaro he's causing havoc sabotaging Kohane's first event, which contributes to her stage anxiety.

Kanade's father is a composer. When Kanade was in junior high, she helped her father out one night by piecing together a part of a song for him- only for it to receive significantly more praise than his parts of the song.
He became depressed, searching for a way to make his song just like his daughter's, which inadvertently pushed him into a coma, causing him to lose his memory.
(curious) Hm? Kanade, you have something on your cheek. (affectionate) Your other cheek, silly. Just stay still for me. There we go. All gone.

She becomes increasingly violent with a dislike of Mafuyu's dreams later in the story when her daughter starts rebelling.
