Oh My Captain (Minecraft Roleplay Series)

This Charcter starts out slightly timid in the very first episodes but becomes very strong and hard headed commoner, being surorunded by *spoilers* pirates. She dislikes the Captian Caspian Cutlass, becuase of his playboy cheeky-isk personality. this makes them have a interesting chemistry as friends and aquantiences. This character also has to sing in multiple episodes so i would like this character's audition be singing the first minute of 'My Jolly Sailor Bold' in your audition. When singing the audition peice please sing it in the most siren like voice you can, very ethereal, fluffy kinda, clear crisp notes. and make sure to use diction!! Please Please PLEASE sing IN YOUR RANGE.

Meduim to Low pitched voice.

This charcter is the fiance of Maria, one of the Lead Actresses. William or Will is a down to earth man but loves the sea, a common sailor. He is a strong character but wont nessicarily be showing up in any first episodes, he will appear more in later episodes. Maria however will be daydreaming about him with memories so technically hes in the whole season. He like Maria will be singing a song later in the season, so be prepared for that if you audition.

doesnt matter the pitch of the voice.

This role is very playboy-isk, he is a charming and wealthy captian who trys to swoon Maria but fails repeatedly. When he first meets her he dislikes her because of her hautyness twoards him but for some reason he is fasinacted by her as time goes on. Characteristics are, suave, charming, crazy, passionate, playboy, and an overall ass to most people. He however loves his crew and would protect them with his life. as time goes on you start to notice maybe being an absoute playboy isnt all to him. {character development :)} This character also sings somthing in one of the episodes, even though he doesnt sing often he does sing once or twice.

He is the devout first mate of Captian Caspian and tries his best to keep him from going wild when theres a job to be done. hes kinda like a baby sitter to Caspian. This role does not sing at all. The voice may be as serious or as goofy as you want, but make it able to where people can understand what your saying.

She's an adopted aunt by Maria, they live together and she's silly but serious. she's like a mother to her, looking out for her troublesome self. She's very good-natured and she adores maria but like first mate Pete she tries to keep maria from going too far. She also gets occasionally daydreamed about in later episodes and may appear again later in the season.

Medium to low pitch

This character is the love interest of Auntie May, and he or she :) is like a mother/father to Maria and tries to look after her as much as he(she) can. they worry about her too much. he/she calls Maria Marie since they grew up together, and are very close friends. 

a silly background character who provides comedy and people can never seem to get rid of him. please do a goofy voice when auditioning please and thank you . Almost all lines are ad-libbed.

you will be making or finding and editing music that fits the mood of the scenes for the episodes. And be making or finding background tracks for the cast memebers who are singing at all in this series. You will work with video editor and audio editor along woth the voice actor to make those recording sessions work.  please please PLEASE no plagerism off of ANYTHING. If you have aomthing that is not your do the proper citations for it. Otherwise please be original and be prepared to send them to the audio editor. If you hear back from the audio engineer that one of the music peices doesnt fit find another one. i will be overseeing the project etc.  

For this you will be the Lead Audio engineer, which means lining up audio tracks, if the body actor isnt the voice actor, and using music clips that you will get from the music technician to play as background music to scenes. MAKE SURE IT FITS THE MOOD. You also will not have to spend much if any time with others, though all the work will have to be done by a deadline set by myself. Once the audio is perfectly timed etc. you will send the completed file to me to approve and to fix any mistakes made. once i approve send it to the film editor and they will complete the work.

You will be reciving clips of scenes and things from the 'camera man' once you get those edit the videos to the best of your ability. you will also most likely have to work with the Audio engineer on this so make sure whatever platform your using to edit that they can edit too. once you finish a episode of editing send a draft to me to look over and approve. i will state if anything needs to be fixed. You do not have set times needed to be online for this to work. i will however have concrete deadlines for you to submit a draft to me by. please aknowledge these and respect them. if you do not i will find someone else to do this job. Also you will need to make credits and the end screen. talk to me about that at a later date.

There are a total of 15 extras that will be used in different scenes and roles, like pirates, pub people, an annoucer, random people and village people. so i will need at least that many extras. you will get to make noises as extras, like cheering, quietly talking about random things, argggg-ing as pirates do, and clapping. and making a comment here or there.

You as the camera man will need to be the most available person out of everybody. you will be the 3rd person perspective and be responsible for recording/ starting the film from the blockbuster mod, and separate voice acting bits and sending them to the Audio technician and or Video Editor. You must be tech savy and able to problem solve and do whats asked of you from me the producer and director. i would like to look over what you film before sending the approved file to the editors. 

You will be required to create a server with mods, and build in it a small town, a big pirate ship (in good detail) and buildings in the town. I will be checking to make sure the buildings and decor is to my liking before we start filiming. i am not putting a limit on how many builders are going to be used. just be reminded its in the 1700s. there however must be one Person who will create a realm and share it with everyone involved, they will be the server admin and i will only accept mature and responsible person for that role.

You will be making skins for all of cast. They must be fitting for each chracter and time period. I woudl like facial expressions for the leads like disgustied, suprised, happy, etc. etc. talk to me if you need help or character backround. all skins must be approved by me before sending them to the role. this is on your own time but deadlines for them to be approved and sent to characters are concrete. dont miss the deadline.
