Project Overview
A voice over dub for the indie RPG known as OFF.
A strange figure known simply as The Batter materializes in a macabre world, guided by you, The Puppeteer, with only one goal in mind, his sacred mission: purify the world of spectres.

The deuteragonist, a talking cat with a constant grin on his face and consistently speaks using rather sophisticated words. whom accompanies and aids The Batter until the end.

The Elsens are the mentally ill citizens that inhabit the many Zones in OFF. They make up the general population and workforce of the Zones, performing various tasks to keep them functional.
While they are normally neutral and passive towards The Batter and other beings, they have a tendency to snap and go berserk when under pressure.

An item vendor who is the one that sells you items. He wears a mask to cover his face and is rather jovial with those who spend their credits at his shop. He occasionally throws around Spanish dialogue alongside his usual English language.

I'm Zacharie, the traditional items merchant that's necessary in every video game. I'll always find myself in places you're going to visit before you arrive.
The first antagonist, the Zone Guardian of Zone 1. An abrasive, cold-hearted figure who rules over his Zone with a literal iron fist.

The Zone Guardian of Zone 2, a bird that takes on the role of a librarian, that believes the spectres were sent to Zone 2 to punish the Elsens working there. He possesses the body of The Judge's brother Valerie after being eaten by him, and puppeteers his body for a while before bursting from it to attack Batter.

The Zone Guardian of Zone 3. A giant that runs a factory that creates Sugar, a compound that is rather addictive to The Elsens. Enoch believes the spectres swarming his Zone are sent from The Queen and wishes to snuff them and The Batter out, showing he enjoys the idea immensely.

The antagonist and ruler of The Zones and a strangely similar being to The Batter. She is the creator of the spectres and sees them as a necessary force. She and The Batter turned out to be wife and husband, created by the young boy Hugo to be his surrogate parents. Unlike Batter, she stayed as his mother.

A strange woman lurking in a hidden room in Zone 0, Sugar is named after her disturbing obsession with the substance produced from Zone 3. Seeing The Batter as a frightening ducky, she attacks him, seeing it as a game.

A strange empty void that appears to be sentient and was responsible for The Batter's current enigmatic state after his departure from being king. It often speaks in whispering voices, repeating itself over and over. The Puppeteer is implied to be part of it. The second line should be read akin to this part of the soundtrack.
