"A Proper Introduction" - Fallen Stars (OC Animatic)
Project Overview
The sequence is likely to be around 2 to 3 minutes long. Approx. 16 lines per character. It depicts Elaine, a police officer encountering a vigilante with a notoriously anti-cop reputation, only to find that they seek her to... ask for her help?
I'm looking for two VAs to voice my characters in a short rough motion comic/animatic scene. This small project is to test the waters for an expanded project sometime down the line, but also just for the fun of giving some life to my OCs for the first time!
The finished project will be uploaded to Youtube with no intent on monetization. If that plan changes, you will absolutely be notified.

For this scene, Kamea speaks almost entirely in her vigilante persona, described in the second paragraph.
Kamea (she/her, 19-20) is an eccentric fire performer, easily excitable and very cocky and snarky. She is often acts in a childish manner, but is very self-aware in doing so. Her voice should be loud and raspy/husky, with a mid to high pitch tone. Some good reference could be Brenda Song as Anne from Amphibia, or Erica Lindbeck as Yuzuriha in Blazblue Cross Tag Battle.
By night, Kamea is a masked vigilante who fights under the alias of the Torch (they/them). Kamea disguises their voice in this persona, using a lower, possibly nearly androgynous and seductive tone. This voice should be as unrecognizable as possible from their regular tone, without losing the cocky edge.

Elaine Chatelaine (she/her, 22) is an uptight police officer who holds and undying devotion to the law. She is very naive, but has a good heart, and struggles to do the right thing from within a corrupt police force.
She speaks with a thick "French" accent (especially include rolling her Rs). Her voice is very monotone, and she speaks quickly and concisely with a sharp quality, especially enunciating hard consonants. Her voice should be mid to low pitch, and have a strong sense of authority.
Earl Carpenter as Javert in Les Miserables (musical), and Geoffrey Rush as Javert (1998 movie) have some of the qualities I'm looking for, but as male voices. Elaine does have an overall feminine voice. Jennifer Hale as Aayla Secura serves as a good reference overall.
