"Former Crown Prince Asriel Dreemurr is a kind if awkward and sometimes cocky young man thrust into his long-anticipated role of King after the tragic death of his parents during a human incursion into their Underground realm about Many years ago 

He, however, abdicated almost immediately after a disagreement over the treatment of further human intruders with who else but the only person who would disagree with him--his adopted human sibling, Chara--and exiled himself to the Ruins of the old capital. 

From thereon he swore to care for and protect any humans who might fall into the Underground there, and to the best of his ability he did... Although he could not care for someone who willingly left his grasp, as happened with the next six human children to fall, and now he is in danger of losing yet another one to what he sees as his now cold, merciless sibling, now ruler of the Kingdom of Monsters."

"Intellegent; timid and introverted, yet friendly and genuinely caring, Alphys was at one time considered by many to be the foremost mechanical and scientific genius in the Kingdom. Appointed by the late King Asgore as the Royal Scientist, she led many successful high-profile research & development projects--such as the creation of the robot Mettaton--and was in fact often known to get absorbed in her work. One day, however, she suddenly stepped down, citing personal reasons, assumed by many to be her relationship with her girlfriend, Undyne.

She now works multiple jobs to support her girlfriend's hobbies--along with her own occasional science project--and as a result spends most of her free time sleeping. She does, however, find time... Somehow... To pursue a few leisure activities; such as, notably, watching anime, as well as hanging out at Napstablook's tavern and supporting her girlfriend.

She seems to be extremely hesitant to make commitments."

Strong; Confident, loud, a show-off. Undyne seems mean at first, trying to capture humans and all, but is really a sweet person who wants a human friend even though she was told by The Queen to put puzzles in the area to stop any humans while Undynes main goal is to join the Royal Guard which is led by Grillby.

Strong; Confident, Gentle, Understanding, Serious. Grillby is the Captain of the Royal guard and pursues you throughout one of the locations in the underground trying to kill you and during that time he is yelling. When grillby was younger he wanted to own a fast food joint until Chara trained him to fight and had him be in the royal guard. Now grillby is a fighter and has never lost a fight, when he started training Undyne he realized that she was too nice to fight but never had the heart to tell her no, so he started giving her cooking lessons!

Monster Kid (or MK) Is the Royal Scientist and is Forgiving. MK likes Grillby thinking he's cool wanting to be friends with him. They are an innocent monster who assumes an energetic attitude that pervades most of their actions. They are a bit naive, as well as a bit clumsy. Monster Kid is also smart as he built Papyrus and himself robotic arms!

Mettaton is a confident, charismatic robot. Ever since he was built by Alphys, he set out to sell Burgers and Glamourous Drinks, but he's heard from the queen that humans hate robots and now won't hesitate to harm any human who hurts robots.

Outgoing, bright, cocky and lives to impress; Papyrus is the big celebrity in the underground and is adored by mostly everyone. Made by the Royal scientist, Monster Kid, Papyrus's only goal is to make everyone happy and keep their hopes up for a free future. His body can only handle a curtain amount of excitement though

Mean; Strong, Serious, Determined. 

"Many years ago, Chara fell into the Underground and quickly became famous throughout the Kingdom as the antithesis of the human image Monster society had slowly mutated over the eons they spent isolated from their former conquerors. Though a bit troubled emotionally--implied by the child to be the result of trauma they endured on the Surface--Chara, if treated right, can become the most devoted and supportive friend one could possibly imagine. Rumor has it that, shortly before the second human fell and massacred figuratively half the Kingdom, they were beginning to hatch a plan with their adopted brother to free the Monsters from the Underground--a scheme which involved, concerningly, the voluntary sacrifice of their SOUL.

After their adopted parents were tragically murdered by the second human soon thereafter, Chara was perhaps understandably enraged and killed them, that drew the disapproval of known softy Crown Prince Asriel with their urging for revenge. They were surprisingly slow to back down from their violent proposal given their close relationship with "Azzy," and the exchange ended with him exiling himself to the Ruins of the old abandoned capital, leaving Chara as the de facto ruler of the Kingdom of Monsters.

They now live alone in the castle, withdrawn; going about their daily routine of practicing their machete technique, watching increasingly edgy anime, and binging on chocolate, really only showing themself to conduct Monarch business and improve their broken record impression with their hate campaign-esque speeches about the "Sins of Humanity."

"Former Queen Toriel Dreemurr is a kind women but after her death many years ago and got turned into a Tulip with no soul she went insane after resetting multiple times and murdered the entire underground, after getting bored of that she let the timeline move forward! During the battle with Chara she tells Undyne to gather everyone at the barrier while she gets the Six Human Souls and once every monster is at the barrier supporting Frisk she comes in and takes everyones souls except Frisks. Now with power equivalent to 8 Human souls she turns back into her true form, Toriel Dreemurr, with her goal now being to reset the timeline to spend more time with her husband, "Asgore Dreemurr",  again."
