Grillby is the Captain of the Royal guard and pursues you throughout one of the locations in the underground trying to kill you and during that time he is yelling. When grillby was younger he wanted to own a fast food joint until Chara trained him to fight and had him be in the royal guard. Now grillby is a fighter and has never lost a fight, when he started training Undyne he realized that she was too nice to fight but never had the heart to tell her no, so he started giving her cooking lessons!
