Project Overview
Noise Complaint is a chaotic, comedic Minecraft roleplay series following Quinn and Theo two wildly different neighbors locked in an escalating prank war. But when forced to play nice sparks fly. Think enemies-to-lovers, but with more passive aggression.

Eccentric, dramatic, and bursting with weird energy. Quinn’s a pastel whirlwind who drinks eight types of tea, hoards art supplies, and talks to her cat like he’s her therapist. She’s emotional, creative, and a little too committed to the idea that she’s the main character.

Charismatic, smug, and allergic to silence. Theo’s the kind of guy who leaves his door open during parties, owns more speakers than socks, and thrives off reactions—especially from Quinn. He’s more thoughtful than he lets on, but he hides it behind volume and jokes.
