At a young age, she was sent to Konoha and enrolled in the Academy. She was married to the Fourth Hokage, Minato Namikaze after he saved her from rogue shinobi years prior.

Originally, Mizuki appeared to be very polite and kind-hearted, and was described to be a sweet man by his former fiancée, Tsubaki. In reality, he does not care for anything or anyone beyond his own rise in power. He takes pride in the fact that he is not bound by things like morals or teamwork, and is willing to sacrifice whatever he has to in order to complete his goals. His desire for power seems to come from what appears to be an inferiority complex, as he hypocritically cannot stand having anyone look down on him, despite enjoying looking down on others.

Iruka became a teacher after being injured while on mission lead by Kakashi Hatake. Recognizing his heart and compassion might end up injuring himself or others, Iruka decided to retire from field work and become a teacher.
Iruka is both big-hearted, and soft-hearted. This is most often seen through his teaching methods, often keeping a watchful eye over his students as they progress. This however, does not mean that he is a pushover, as he can be stern when the situation calls for it, most often seen when he shouts at his students in order to get them to obey him.
