Myth Adaptations Main Casting
Project Overview
This is partially a recast partially a new casting for main characters in the audio drama MythForce.. MythForce is an audio drama about 6 teenagers who are recruited by the gods to go into myths, temporarily becoming the heroes of those stories in order to save the world from the end of time itself.
The show is currently planned to be 3 seasons long, with each episode outside of the pilot and season finale's to be 15-26 minutes with 12 episodes per season and break for the actors in between each season. Each character outside the gods get's two episodes centered around them per season. Lately before we even filmed the first episode the actors for Jester and Caleb left the project due to personal reasons, and time so we're recasting those roles.
Since the first episodes haven't been filmed yet we're really open to anything regarding these characters. Please note this project is a long term project and if you're not okay with that please do not audition. You don't need to be familiar with mythology or anything of the sort to audition. Please be aware this audio drama is made for the public domain.

Kronos can be played by a male or female actor. This character is based on the Greek TItan Kronos. He's the main villain of season 3 though he makes appearances much earlier and is heavily foreshadowed before hand. He can be any age, and sound like any voice as long as you can pull of a good villain. He's the most character voiced out of the entire cast.
People do not understand time. And it seems neither do you. Time is not a strict liner line. It's more like a river. A river or an ocean of sorts. Everything that can happen has happened. Timelines and alternate world exist. Time comes and it goes. It really is a stream.
(Sinister) That's what I planned. The end of time as we know it. You think your smart. All of you do. But their is so much more to this world than what you can imagine. A new world takes energy. It takes time. It take magic. My plan was to wipe out your world and take that energy and use it, to create a new one. A world where I would be worshiped again as it's one god. So now you know....why am I telling you this? Because theirs nothing you can do to stop me.
You all don't understand. You're playing with things beyond your control.
It should be noted that Caleb is an asian character though we're open to actors of all races playing him/her. We are open to making the character female if we find the right voice actress for them. Caleb is outgoing, smart and bold. Fairly cunning compared to that of his friends, he's the drive of the group. He could also be considered the heart of the group since he's kind of a big softie. However he should be forward, and brave. We're looking for a teenage sounding voice for him.

It should be noted that Jester is an Black character though we're open to actors of all races playing him. Jester is the comic relief. He's the funny guy. He makes a lot of lame jokes and always comforts his friends after quests. He is the only one of the kids we're really open to having a character voice. Jester is the wisecrack of the group. The funny man. He's acute to a degree and peculier in some other ways. He has dreams of the future and often gets caught up in love triangles do to being a flirt. He's tough when he needs to be but a softie overall. He's 14-20 regarding the age of the voice we're looking for him. You don't have to be that age to apply but that's the age he should sound.
(After his friend says he couldn't come up with a better name for the group of kids) I could do better I'm the funny guy!
I mean I'm starting to believe in all this junk. It just makes sense. When I was in egypt as Anubis I really was him you know? It's like I took on his personality in my head....it's crazy to think you know? But it's real in there. This stuff is real....
Great time to go myth-adventuring or whatever. This is gonna be so much fun!
These are the side characters that appear every episode. Every character from the butlers and maids to the gods such as Isis and even demi gods and other heroes such as Maui himself.
Be careful dear. You never know what troubles are outside the forest.
