My Hero Academia : A New Light | Gacha Club Series
Project Overview
This story takes place 20 years after the events of the original My Hero Academia storyline. It focuses on a young boy named Hinoshi Yatanaki who is trying his hardest to be just like his favorite Hero, Deku. Follow along as the characters walk the path and follow the hardships to become heroes! ( This is an a timeline I created and doesn’t actually correlate with the actual My Hero Academia storyline! )

| Description |
Hinoshi is a polite, nice, caring, reserved boy, and has PTSD from his parent's death and gets nervous when out shopping. When Hinoshi was 4 years old his parents were killed while shopping and when Hinoshi saw his parent's body his quirk Electrospeed was activated for the first time. Hinoshi would soon be adopted by a somewhat wealthy family and would be taken in as their own son. Hinoshi is determined to be just like his favorite hero Deku and will eventually catch his attention and is given the blessing of being the 10th One for All user

Toshinori is the son of the #1 Hero Deku and #13 hero Uravity. Toshinori is smart, kind, polite, happy boy. He will soon get jealous that his father will pay attention to Hinoshi more than Toshinori. Toshinori's quirk is called Fire Breath which is similar to the unknown quirk that his grandpa Hisashi had. His quirk allows him to breathe fire out his mouth and if he over uses it he can burnt out his mouth and lungs
" I hate how my father treats Hinoshi like his own god damn son, hello IM YOUR SON FOCUS ON ME! HE NEVER TEACHES ME ANYTHING BUT ITS ALWAYS HINOSHI THIS HINOSHI THAT! ILL SHOW HIM WHO IS BETTER, WATCH ME! " ( angry tone when yelling )

Masaru Bakugo is somewhat friends with Toshinori and lately has been putting Hinoshi down because he wants to best and have no one compete with him. He’s a smug, loud and over confident kid. His Quirk is Inferno Masaru can develop flame like substances from his hand which he can charge up into a large explosion.

Mashiro is the son of Shoto Todoroki and Momo Yaoyorzu. He is determined, polite, keeps to himself. His quirk is HellFlame which allows Mashiro to produce and manipulate fire at will.

Reiji is a flirty, funny, kind and hyper boy. He is the son of Eijiro Kirishima and Mina Ashido. His quirk is Toxin, he can spit out toxin of any body part.

| Description |
Souji is the son of Hanta Sero and Nejire Hado. He is a kind, smart, generous guy who cares for his peers. Souji's quirk is called Energy Tape which allows him create tape covered energy from his fingertips. Like his father he can grab and tape things and move around by balancing himself from building to building. But with his vibrating energy he can roll them into wires and cut almost everything too. Since his fingertips are sticky he can stick to walls like his mother he needs energy to keep using his quirk

| Description |
Mirai is the daughter of Shoto Todoroki and Momo Yaoyorozu and the sister of Mashiro. Mirai is an independent, kind, intelligent, and caring girl and is always willing to help her peers in any way she can. Her quirk is Ice which allows her to generate ice and can be very powerful. If overused too much she will get frostbite.

Jisume is just like father by being energetic and has a sense of humor. Although being very energetic she tends to sleep in class and usually gets yelled at for it. Her Quirk Blue Voltage which allows her to shoot blue lighting out and it can be used a self-defense as it sets an electric aurora around her.

Tetsua is the daughter of Itsuka Kendo and Tetsutestu Tetsutestu. She's a smart, loud, outspoken, and optimistic girl. Her quirk is Steel which allows her to turn her skin into steel.

Komo Itsushima is a kind, flirty, over the top, and jokes around a lot. Komo Itsushima is Hinoshi's childhood friend and won't be shown often, only in the first few episodes and during when other schools have an interaction between one another.

Satoshi Himitsu, although currently being ranked #25 on the Hero rankings he teaches at the popular UA High School. Satoshi is a drowsy, brave, strong, and fierce man. His Quirk is Rage which grant him superhuman strength when angered.
" Today we're going to be coming up with your guy's special moves. Their very important not just in terms of what you can do in a potential combat situation, but they're also very important in terms of your identity as a hero. "
" Good luck at the hero festival everyone, I'm expecting a lot from each of you so don't let me down "
" Miss Kaminari, if anyone is going to fall asleep in my classroom it's going to be me. I'm the one who both needs and deserves it and now if I have the suffer the struggles of conscious then so do you, get to work. "

| Description |
Currently ranked as the #1 Hero. When everyone was little Deku was on the news telling everyone about his quirk One for All because everyone was getting suspicious of the quirks he had, Deku did this to be a truthful hero. Deku has recently found his successor for his quirk One for All by seeing Hinoshi perform well in the UA Entrance Exam and would occasionally see the white-haired boy training when he was out with Toshinori. Deku's quirk is One for All which is a transferable Quirk that can be passed on from one user to the next. Its name comes from its nature; being 'one' Quirk for 'all' people. In order for the Quirk to be transferred, the recipient must ingest a sample of the predecessor's DNA (ex. a strand of hair or a drop of blood).
" Hinoshi Yatanaki, I'm offering to be my successor and being the 10th One for All user. I've been watching you put in so much effort to achieve your goals and I feel that you're worth of having my quirk. " ( Serious )

Mr. Yatanaki is a tall, stern, and fierce man. Him and his wife were brutally killed when Hinoshi was only 4 years old. Only appears in flashbacks and the origin of Hinoshi.

Mrs. Yatanaki is a kind, caring, and hardworking woman who takes care of Hinoshi while her husband works. Her and her husband were tragically killed when Hinoshi was only 4 years old. She only appears in flashbacks and Hinoshi's origin story.

Mr. Idra is the Chief of Police and is HInoshi's adoptive father. He is a companionate, caring, stern and fierce man. His quirk is plasma which allows him to have plasma shine through his skin and his eyes will create a bright light that blinds people for an amount of time if direct eye contact is made. ( Deep Voiced male )
