My Hero Academia Abridged (Teachers Round 1)
Project Overview
Hello everyone! We're working on a My Hero Academia abridged series and we can't do it without the help of some talented voice actors!
This casting call will cover four recurring teachers that get their start in the first half of Season 1. We will be holding auditions for other characters down the line but for now this casting call will only be focused on these.
Requirements for Voice Actors:
-Decent quality microphone
-As minimal background noise as possible
-The ability to be loud if required

Shota Aizawa
Quirk: Erasure
The caterpillar hero. This beautiful specimen will spend weeks at a time wrapped in his yellow fluffy cocoon. But once he blossoms, stay out of this butterfly’s war path. And especially don’t threaten his students.
[Bored] My first impression of you all...? You’re not worth my time. I'm going back to sleep.
[Announcing to class] Alright students. For today’s lesson, we’re going on a field trip to the site of a villain attack. And if any of you act out of line, you’ll be discovered among the rubble as another nameless body.
[Serious] Let me make this clear: You are on thin ice. So if you want to run off and be a vigilante again, it’ll be the last thing you do as a student of U.A.

Personality: Sadism served with a smile.
Nezu
Quirk: High Spec
Principal Nezu is the caring, loving, absolutely flawlessly intelligent, and humble principal of UA Hero Academy. He has a great deal of concern for All Might, and of course, he loves his cute little students. Fun fact: He was Rocket Raccoon before it was cool.
[Smooth] Am I a mouse? A dog? A bear? Who knows. What’s up with this scar on my face? Why am I a principal? These are the questions we should be asking. Not “why are school funds being spent on a bounce house for sole use by the staff?”
[Concerned] Oh dear, you’re smoking. In a no-smoking area no less. I expected better of you, Toshinori.
[Overjoyed] I haven’t had this much fun since cousin Hamtaro managed to fit 16 pellets in his mouth.
Voice Range: Mid to High
Personality: Soft and sweet, but stern. Much like hard candy.
Chiyo Shuzenji
Quirk: Heal
Recovery Girl to the Rescue! By ALLEGEDLY committing unyouthful actions towards minors, she can help the human body to naturally heal any injuries, allegedly. Results inconclusive.
[Friendly greeting] Oh, hello dearie! And what brings you to my office today? Sore throat, cold, fever, mumps, malaria, HIV? It’s alright, I won’t judge.
[Scolding] Foolish boy! I can only reset your bones so many times. Do you want to be stuck with noodle arms for the rest of your life?
[Serious, distraught] Oh, Toshinori... You really need to take better care of yourself. Don’t you want to be there for Midoriya? Watch him go off, get married, and become the number one hero?
Voice Range: Mid
Personality: Energetic and BOOMING with charisma. Also very loud.
Hizashi Yamada
Quirk: Voice
Can you hear that? That’s the sound of a washed up radio DJ. Try all you might to ignore his dated references and nonexistent audience he’s talking to, but you WILL fail. Does not come with ear plugs.
[Announcing] What’s up gamers? Today we’re going to be fleeing for our lives from the League of Villains. Remember, if you get killed, there is NO respawning! Plus ultra everyone!
[Frustrated] I’ve tried megaphones, cones, and my hands cupped around my mouth, but without my quirk, the acoustics in this school just make me sound like I’m shouting into a tin can!
[Playfully] Aww, Aizawa! You gotta give your students that epic Victory Royale by showing them your kind, warm, dere interior! That’s the best way for a sugoi teacher-student connection to form!
