Voice needed for Musashi / Jessie (Long-term) | Pokémon Retranslated Fandub
Project Overview
Part of the "Pokémon Retranslated" project created by SwordGuy17, a fan-project hoping to re-dub, re-translate and re-localize the entire Pokémon franchise from start to finish (or at least to whatever's current at the time).
We hope to find a voice for Musashi that closely resembles the Japanese one (voiced by the one and only Megumi Hayashibara) in terms of attitude, tone and pitch, but we are open to different interpretations.
Please do at least 2 or 3 takes on each line.

Jessie (Japanese: ムサシ Musashi) is a member of Team Rocket, more specifically part of a trio with James and Meowth, that follows Ash and his friends around in the Pokémon anime, usually trying to steal Ash's Pikachu.

Personality: On the surface, she's a fairly typical narcissistic antagonist, who really only cares about herself, but underneath, though she may tend to hide it, she's actually quite soft. Generally, she's very loud, very blunt and often quite rude. She often partakes in contests and the like, as she's always been one appreciate beauty.
Voice: Musashi's voice is usually very commanding and often quite loud, but can easily switch to a much more cutesy, girly-sounding voice when she feels like it.
A good English example for her voice might be Cristina Vee, feel free to look both her and Megumi Hayashibara up for a reference.
