Miscellaneous: A Roblox game project
Project Overview
Hello, I'm Jet and this project is called miscellaneous for now until I can think of a more official name.
This will be a Roblox story adventure game unlike any other on the platform, This project will be mainly focused on its story aspect through visuals, although there will be a 'battle' system within the game, it will for the most part be on the backburner in terms of being the game's main focus.
Currently This Project needs code writers, asset makers, 3D artists and 3D animators. We will be hiring multiple of each role.
The concept:
The idea is that there is a planet with highly technically advanced aliens around a thousand light years away from earth, there are a group of students on a trip to a research facility to see past projects and the animals in for research. In a room completely closed off to the class of students, (in a different sect of the building) a group are working on a portal that ends up collapsing in on itself causing portals to open in random places around the facility causing our main characters to be dragged in and sent to earth. It becomes the mission of the main characters to find everyone and everything that had been transported and figure out how to go home.

To be considered for the 3D animator role you will need:
- prior experience (min 1y)
- to be 19+
- give refences of past works
With this role you'll be expected to animate character movements for cutscenes, this will range from running and jumping to complex movements and scenes like a specific character interaction or a scene where a character is physically expressing joy, sadness, etc.

With this role you will be expected to make multiple 3D character models with a wide variety of body types and facial structures while maintaining a simple cartoonish style, you will also need to work with the 3D animator in order to make smooth movements.

To be considered for the Code writer role you will need:

With this role you will be expected to put the game together by working on things like:
- Pairing the animations with actions. (w, S, A, D, etc.)
- Making day and night cycles.
- Placing triggers for cutscenes.
- Creating battle sequences.
- Etc.

To be considered for the asset creator role you will need:
- prior experience (min 1y)
- to be 19+
- give refences of past works
Unlike the 3D artist, the asset creator will make 3D models of non human/alien assets such as:
- Character Items.
- Animal designs.
- Buildings, trees, etc.
you will be expected to work along with the 3D Artists/Animators and potentially other members as well just so the assets work as they should with the setting, characters, etc.
