ALINA PETROVNA'S CASTING FOR SHORT FILM (MC)
Project Overview
My names Aleesha Whitney, I'm running the project and getting help from Ziza Elardo for casting. We are now on the hunt for the perfect voices to fit our characters. If it helps we will put a picture below of the skins, so you can see if ur voice matches with one. This is just the voiceover, we have filmed the scene with the characters, so no need to buy/play Minecraft or anything. We would love hearing some peoples voices who know how to voice act or who have done some classes beforehand.

INFORMATION
We looking for completely unique voices for people all the characters with lines. We need some older sounding voices. If you can try get an older family member to record them selfs saying the lines then that could work. (optional) If you go for a lead, please make sure you're an alright singer.
- FYI - PLEASE REALISE WE WANT YOUR VOICE TO SOUND NATURAL WHEN WE FIRST HEAR YOUR AUDITION, *PRETEND YOUR ACTING IN REAL LIFE (ON SCREEN NOT THEATRICAL), NO ACCENTS UNLESS ITS IN THE CHARACTERS DESCRIPTION. NO OVER EXAGGERATION THIS IS NOT MELODRAMA.

- Searching for a male voice to with singing abilities to play the lead guy.
- Searching for a few old female/male voices to play older villagers and some main characters family
- Searching for a some extra singers in case.

SETTING
A teen, romance, fantasy movie. This short film is set in a scene like Beauty and the Beast 2017, our story line is different. The village set is beautifully constructed and the skins/costumes too!

If you meet the criteria then you can audition:
-Good microphone -Clear voices -Enthusiasm -Singing (for leads)
A gmail account is a must to send recordings back and forth, and sending scripts. If you want to arrange times to call on discord/gmail then we can arrange that or we can just chat using gmail. Discord is not a need.

William Garraway is everybody's dream boy. He gives of a sexy, nice yet silly character. He lives in a tiny wooden house up on a hill in the forest. Will is quite distant from the village and only goes in town a couple times a year for supplies. He owns his own horse and dog that he has to take care of on his own as he lives by himself. Will is attending the festival today to get some extra food/boxes for his things at home to pack. He is moving after the festival to Ortona Italy, where he has his only family that he knows. Little does he know, that on his last day, he will meet someone he doesn't want to lose!
(TECNIQUE: Forcefully, Upset)

Mr Bruro is close to Mya, he likes to have small talk with her a lot, he's like an uncle to her. Mr Bruro is in the first scene with lines, so he will show the sweet personality of what most of the other town people have. His occupation is the owner of the post office. He writes letters, sends them. Mr Bruro isn't a main character just a minor, so not much information needs to be said.
(TECNIQUE: Nice, Slow)
Mmhm. I have heard it all. Every customer I get talks about it. The town has been counting down nonstop.
(TECNIQUE: Excited, Add a chuckle after "Mya!")
Mya! What brings you here today?!
Mya's Mother looks after the family. She works in the field just outside the village. She has a sweet quiet personality, but it doesnt get in her way took make sure her daughter is safe at all coasts. She defiantly isn't ready to let her daughter go and talk to guys and hang with them after her husband died
(TECNIQUE: Nice, Calmly, Quiet)
Mya! ...Could you please to deliver these to Mr Bruro.... here eat this on the way so you don't starve.
(TECNIQUE: Angry, Scared, Loud)
Mya! You do not talk to some 20 year old! He could hurt you! Where leaving! You are not allowed to look at him again. I have informed the guards about him touching you!
Get on the horse, your going home!
(TECNIQUE: Very Mad, Crying,)
I trusted you! I trusted you! I raised you to not go near the men in the village, you just cant trust them!
We may need some extra villagers voices for the main song!
(TECNIQUE: SINGING )
