Hajime High is a High school in the small town of Hajime. The story follows a freshman High schooler Moxie Hanakotoba. The story will follow Moxie’s adjustment to a new High school filled with unfamiliar people. They’ll quickly meet friends through their struggles and classes. They’ll make a very close friend and develop a crush. Moxie will express fear, anxiety, and development through their friends and peers. There will be magic, fantasy, and life lessons in the show! This show is heavily inspired by Aphmau's MyStreet Series and Rooster Teeth's RWBY.

The first wave of VA cast members will be selected by August 10th in 7 days! Some roles may or may not be left open despite having auditions already and despite the CCC project’s deadline being marked as August 10th. I may be doing that to give more people an opportunity to try out for our first wave of characters and as a strategy to attempt to gain some more traction by showcasing casted voice actors! So be on the lookout as I may begin selecting VAs soon! Oliver is a trans-male Highschool boy who goes to Hajime High. He's curious, kind, and super down to earth. A chill soul who's found his place in the world. At least on the outside, at home he struggles with being accepted for his gender and decisions. His family argues that he was much too young to make a life altering choice like this instead of simply accepting him for who he is. Because of this, he battles with major depression. At school, nobody except very close friends of his are none the wiser that Oliver isn't just a regular boy. Oliver's also very popular at school often being asked out by girls.
Oliver's role is restricted 18+ due to romantic involvement in the series

Ayslyn is a calm person who enjoys going with the flow. She's an avid guitarist and bassist (apart of Hajime's school jazz band) and she's a people pleaser and does her best to advocate for her friends and family. However, so much so that she often ignore her own feelings which causes her to have moments of self doubt and struggling with self worth.

Hyun is the classic bully of the show for season 1. While he makes rude comments he hardly ever acts on them, preferring to sticking to verbal abuse. Inside he's a whirlwind of feelings. He wants more than just the other bullies he hangs around, but knows no other way. He wants to change but doesn't know any better. At school, he's kind of a ladies man but word spread about how horrible he treats his S/Os. Hyun's family is absent in his life. He's an only child and both his parents work and come home only to sleep. Leading to Hyun practically living alone and being the "stay at home parent" to his actual parents.

Kira Ohana is a complicated woman. She has a bachelors degree in history and used to work as a librarian. She's a sassy, playful. and gun-ho woman. She likes to make jokes but is quite sensitive. She doesn’t have a great understanding of Moxie’s identity and constantly messes it up. But in the end they’re highly supportive of them and just want them to succeed. She struggles with depression and her recent decision to divorce with Leonard. All she wants is to be a good mom, but cannot shake her mindset of striving for superhuman levels of perfection when it comes that role which leads to mental and physical injury on herself due to pushing herself too hard.

Leonard Hanakotoba is a tired working man with a master's degree in Computer Science and Moxie's Father. He’s stern but only because he wants to set Moxie up for a bright future. He puts on a tough guy act, trying to stay calm and soft spoken as much as he can, but due to this when he get mad he GETS MAD. He struggles with depression from work and his recent divorce with Kira Ohana. He's is a softie on the inside and longs for love and to just be apricated for his hard work.
