I don't care if the system gave us the furnace cleaning chore again today. We get through it together, like we always do. But look at these iron bars... they're getting rusty. If you say you have a plan to get us out of this basement, I'm with you. Just tell me who I need to hit with this pickaxe."

"I don't care if your arms are tired, and I don't care what job you had yesterday. Load the iron blocks onto the pressure plates and send the cargo elevator up to Sector 3. If the managers upstairs don't get their daily delivery, your sector doesn't get its water rations. Move it!"

(Nervously checking a map) "Sector 2 is demanding another shipment from the bottom, so I have to authorize a double-shift for the workers below. I... I hate doing this to them. All we do up here is sign papers and push buttons to send their hard work to the Elites, while we barely lift a finger. It's sickening."
Role: side
A lazy, energetic tech-heist expert who automated her entire management job with redstone, using her free time to secretly feed data to the rebels.

(Smug chuckle) "Please. This is the Third Level, the apex of the sectors, and my redstone automation runs the entire place while I sit here and paint my nails. My loops leave me with so much free time it's insulting, so I'm using my afternoon to leak the mainframe coordinates to the resistance. Why? Because I can, and nobody up here is smart enough to catch me."

(Swirling a potion in a glass, looking down) "The system is beautiful in its simplicity. The bottom layer breaks their backs, the second layer manages the weight, the third layer organizes the luxury, and I... simply enjoy it. Why should I care if they think it's unfair? The stones at the bottom of a tower are meant to be crushed."
Role: side
The mad architect who designed the structure. He is obsessed with the building and forces the lower levels to keep expanding it higher into the sky.

"You dare question the architecture?! The lower levels exist solely to support the weight of my masterpiece! If they stop working, the foundation crumbles and we all fall! They should be proud to be the dirt that holds up the sky!"
